Description of Work: They replaced a switch on my cook top and it was wrong switch shorted out the whole cook top. I had purchase a new one. Worked on clothes dryer twice. They put back bearing in and then dryer messed up again. They put bearing in front of dryer. Then dryer messed up again. I called them they offered no help the owner stated his daddy always told him not to put a new saddle on an old horse and laughed. I had to purchase a new dryer after spending $400. On old one. They never offered any money back for the wasted labor or anything.

+ -1 moreHe got mad because I didn't buy my central heat and air units from him and while huffing and puffing and pacing the floor he smarted off several very rude remarks that were totally uncalled for. I told him his attitude just cost him a good customer as I have used his services for repairs many times in the past. I don't understand how someone in business can be so rude to their customers. I will never shop there again nor use his repair service.
Description of Work: I asked if he would be interested in buying any used window air conditioners......he stated he would trade. I told him I was looking to sell outright, not to trade.
