+ -1 moreOne of their guys came out, figured out the problem and realized it needed a new pump, so he called back to the shoo and had another guy bring out a new pump and install it rather quickly. The first guy has been here before and remembered that I work midnights so he tried to work as quick as possible, as to not disturb my sleep schedule, and I didn't even ask him to.
Description of Work: Replaced a water pump on our a/c unit.

+ 0 moreSince no kind of leak could be found, he check the water pump, hoses, connections etc while he was here. His service call comes with a 30 day warranty and a smile. He says his company is owned by God, and managed by him. I found him to be polite, reasonable, and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: Noah arrived at my home promptly. I have a Samsung Washing Machine (in which he is one of 2 people in this county that works on them). which had leaked last time I did a load of clothes. Noah broke down and inspected the machine with a fine tooth comb, and of course...it wouldn't leak since he was here! He put the machine back together, cleaned up any kind of mess he had made and promptly put his tools back into his truck.
