I was very pleased with the service. He was prompt, courteous, capable and quickly solved my problem with a computer virus. Plus it was very nice not to have to worry about the data transfer to my new PC. I could trust that it was done correctly and nothing was missed. Pricing is comparable to other area businesses Very easy to work with. I look forward to using Tech Works again for future computer needs.
Description of Work: I have used their services many times over the years for different computer needs. Most recently, they diagnosed and removed Rootkit and associated Malware. Transferred data to new PC and setup software for new working environment.
