St.John's Heating & Air

During the summer of this year, I called St.John's after an outstanding recommendation from my son in law. They replaced the air conditioner at my home in Chattanooga plus installed a new unit for one of the air conditioners at a property on the Hiwassee river that I rent through Airbnb. They also serviced two other air conditioners at the Hiwassee property. One late afternoon my guest called me to say the thermostat did not work on one of the units. Since it was later in the afternoon I called St. John's to go check it. The guests called me a short time later saying a representative from St. John's arrived within the hour after I called and immediately replaced the thermostat . They were very impressed with the service. They have a tech on call 24-7 which makes them the perfect fit for my rental property. The quality of their work is second to none. I have met several of their staff and I have come to know that each of them is informed of what the other is doing. They give me n answer to every question immediately. Tech has shown up at scheduled time each time. Look and act very professionally and pleasant. Work done as needed. Is always a pleasure talking to Sharon or Rebecca on the phone. They are always friendly and helpful and seem to be happy to help me.

My wife and I can't say enough good things about Larry and the entire staff at St. Johns. They brought a serious sense of professionalism to the work, and every single interaction I had with them was friendly. With our A/C going out in May and my wife working from home while pregnant, this could've been a disaster. But Larry and his team went to bat for us with the insurance company, called to check up on us, dealt with a less-than-professional "lightning inspector", and did the job right the first time. They clearly explained the problem, and gave their reasons for the solution in plain English. They had the heart of a teacher, not a salesman or a "parts-swapper", and I was never made to feel stupid for asking a question. They even got the little things right like not using profanity around a customer (even when the work was frustrating) and always covering their boots before coming inside. I would absolutely recommend them to my neighbors and family, without question.
