I am still waiting for the insurance adjuster to come out before Radiant could continue, but they came out and did the inspection. They didn't charge for the minor repair, which I was very pleased with. They are very good and very responsive. They are very quick. They quoted around $5900 for the work.

Overall a smooth easy experience. Neil Schmidt put the last roof on this house over 18 years ago, so we already knew that his company did quality work. The workers arrived early around 8 am and worked until completed. It was a long day, but there was some wood that needed to be replaced, which took extra time. These were all hard working men, working continuously except for a short lunch break. They were courteous of the homeowner, and one was cleaning up the debris as the other work was ongoing. Very Happy with our new roof!

My home is mostly brick, but has a lot of trim areas (eaves, soffits, porch columns, etc.) that were constantly in need of painting. After getting estimates from several companies, I decided to go with Radiant Roofing and Siding to put siding on all areas that need painting. I also wanted new shutters and new porch columns and my house was in desperate need of new gutters. When I was getting an estimate on the siding from Radiant Roofing, Mr. Schmidt informed me that they could also put on the gutters for me. The work began with a crew who put up the siding, columns and shutters. They arrived promptly at 7:30 in the morning and worked until mid to late afternoon. They were as quiet as is possible with the type of work they were doing. I work from home and am on a large number of conference calls, so it was much appreciated when they kept the noise to a minimum. This work took a full week to complete and the crew chief checked with me periodically to be sure I was pleased with the progress. Once this crew completed their portion of the work, there was a separate crew who handled putting in the new gutters. This crew was also professional and completed their work in about 2 hours. It was an extremely windy afternoon and I was amazed at how quickly and professionally they completed the job. The final cost was almost exactly the amount of the original estimate, with the only extra costs being for upgrades that I requested. I couldn't be more pleased with the work done and with the look of my home. GREAT JOB!!!

Estimate was accurate. Work was done well and very efficiently. Thorough clean up after. Would definitely use again.

Neil helped me get through a new experience with contractors. He walked me through each step as it happened. Because of this, It was easier for me to get through the process. The work on my roof was done quickly and professionally. I was very happy with the quality of the work.

I never got around to comparing it with anybody else so I do not know if the estimate is fair or not but that was pretty much what I was expecting.

Didnt want to do my project because it was too small a project. I needed my facia done because my roofer didnt complete the job. I am in a bad situation and he recommended handyman on call etc... I was looking for a little more empathy.

Radiant Roofing & Remodeling were just wonderful. We had a tornado in March and they came and attached the roofs and we didn’t have any more leakage. They cleaned up everything after work. They even went over the ground and picked up the extra screws they dropped. It was a very positive experience. Excellent job and well worth the efforts. They were courteous and timely also and got the job finished in no time. And the nice thing about them was that they would call back later and ask if we were happy with it. If we are not happy they will come back and fix whatever problem was there even if it is a month later. I would highly recommend them and give them ‘A’s across the board. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Nevr showed up or called to reschedule.

These services were provided quite sometime ago. There were no major issues. I would not have used them more than once if there had been any significant problems.

Neil Schmidt came out when the Insurance adjuster was here and was helpful to show them where the damage was and speak with them about getting the roof repaired. Radiant Roofing crew came as soon as it was daylight and worked until sundown in very hot weather. They almost finished in one day and had a little left for the second day. I was very pleased with their work.

These guys are an efficient machine. Courteous to the homeowner. Didn't leave a a mess.

From the very start, Radiant Roofing was the most attentive company we had the pleasure to work with. The owner, Neil, did the proper follow-ups that one would expect from start to finish. His work crew delivered exceptional customer service as well. From the time they showed up to the completion of the job, the drive, determination, and dedication to do a good job was displayed. They took the time to make sure everything was to our expectations, from the replacement of the roof to the cleaning up after the work was complete. Very easy to deal with. Responds well. Came to house and after inspection gave his estimate, which was accurate except for unexpected repairs. Completed work in one day. I wish they had replaced some of the heavy items that they moved, but no big deal. Overall, a good job.

They are very prompt on giving me an estimate and their prices are very reasonable.

They arrived very early 7 a.m. Worked hard all day. Finished by 7p.m. Would have finished earlier but were delayed by rain.

I called Neil last week to give me an evaluation of our roof after we have some golfball sized hail hit our house. He said he would be out the next week. He called this morning to say he hadn't forgot and would be by today. He was running a bit late, but did call to tell me so...and that was fine. He checked the roof and didn't see anything that warranted work. I asked him to explain what he saw and he asked me if I wanted to go up on the roof - I did, because I wanted to see what he was talking about and to show him some areas of concern which he then explained and said I really had nothing to worry about (hey, I'd rather someone tell me the truth, than make a quick buck off of me). Anyway, it was a good experience, I learned something and it only cost me $25.00 for the visit...a heck of alot cheaper than a new roof!!

Started and finished the job on the day promised. Crew worked hard all day and they were friendly. Crew boss explained the need for replacing flashing. Salesman gave us a small sample board to choose shingles from. He also told us who his supplier was and we were able to visit them and see samples on full sized shingles, which made it much easier to select a color and weight. We selected them because they were the lowest of the quotes we had and they had an excellent rating on Angie's List.

I really liked that they were really quick and prompt. They were able to come the week after I called. The people were very fast. They finished the entire job in a day and a half. They cleaned up everything very, very well. They took away at least 2 layers of roofing. They had to repair some underlying boards that were damaged.

Neil was very prompt in calling me back and coming to give the estimate. The crew came on time and were very professional, they worked none stop and completed the job the same day. I will definitely recommend them!

I had several not so great experience with various roofers in the Chattanooga area before hiring Radiant Roofing. They were SO great to work with. Very friendly and good pricing for the repair I needed done. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs roofing done.pu

Radiant Roofing promptly returned my phone call and arranged to meet me at the house that same day. I had asked for an estimate on a new roof, but they checked it out and assured me the roof is in good condition. I had a small leak near a vent which they fixed. Very pleased!
