Everything went very well. They did what they said they would do and did it quickly. They were very professional and pleasant to be around. They picked up all of their trash, nails and other debris. Could not really see any signs they had been on the roof all day. Very pleased with their work.

Radiant Roofing suggested I go with the larger six inch gutters which I believe has turned out to be a great suggestion due to the volume of water and debris from my roof. They showed up promptly, were professional, and I am very happy with the gutters.

When I saw the deal, it said $399 for a shingle upgrade. I misunderstood what this meant, hence when I got in touch with Radiant roofing, the estimate they provided was something like $10,000. That was an amount I had not budgeted for.

They were good to work with us on the estimate and explaining the costs. We received four estimates, and their estimate was in the middle of the pack. They needed to have two days of good weather forecast to complete the work since they had to open the roof, so it took them a few days to get good weather. They matched the roofing, and vinyl trim, and gutters. The crew that we had did a good job.

Very professional and arrived on time. He did an inspection, which only took a few minutes. We needed the inspection for routine insurance purposes, so everything was quick and easy. He answered a couple of questions about the roof and he was finished.

Neal and his crew were very professional and did a great job with the installation and cleaned up everything perfectly. I had originally thought I wanted a darker shingle but I worked with Neal and he helped me find the perfect color that looks great on my house. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him. Would give him an A plus if I could.

Men came out one day to see the situation, came back the next day and it was all finished quickly.

My roof replacement process started about one and one half years ago. At the time I brought in three (3) contractors to get a price (and quality) estimate. Of the three contractors Radiant Roofing implied the most value (lowest cost and best quality). Also, of the three, Radiant was the only one whose professional opinion was my roof had a few years of life left. So up front he was very honest. Months later he was in the neighborhood on another project, so he stopped by to see if a roof replacement was in my future. It was. He quickly gave me an estimate which included a roof vent extension. My current roof also incorporated two unsightly wind powered vents which protruded at least three feet up. My wife did not want them but our roof needed venting because the roof temperature exceeded 120 degrees in the summer. Neil negotiated a low profile electric fan after discussing a solar powered one. We signed a contract and my replacement roof was on the way. On the day of the install I met with his foreman. While inspecting the roof he suggested we cut back a couple of feet of protruding plywood. I agreed. He gave my his estimated time completion, which was on the money. They also removed the roof in two phases. First the back was removed and replaced. Then the front was removed then replaced. I thought that was a great process, since the decking was protected during the night. The roof looks great now. We are very happy with the install. We are very happy with Radiant. My expectation were met, and exceeded.

His crew were very skilled and punctual in working out the roofing plan and following out its activities. There were six sides to the roof which were replaced. Each one was prepared, managed and protected successfully. I have not had one shingle damaged or blown off in the two years, even thru high winds.

Neil, the owner is wonderful. The company does an awesome job. The clean up every step; there wasn't a nail, screw, piece of foam or other roofing material on the property after they finished. We have seven grandchildren and I was worried about them coming in because they like to go barefoot in the yard. But I did not have to worry because they did a wonderful job. They were very quick and very professional. We put the better quality roofing on the house so I hope to not have to do it again. He did a whole lot more work than he probably should have for $18,000 so I say their pricing was good. We had increased the roof size of our porch and he did all of that within the $18,000. They came quickly and did such a good job. There are a lot of other companies in this area, but he is the most reasonable one.

We were very impressed with the quality of the work, the promptness of the service once we made the decision to hire Radiant Roofing and the professionalism of the employees. I would highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs. On the date of installation, the crew of nearly 15 came to our home, replaced the roof and needed decking/flashing on the same day and did an excellent job of clean-up. My parents recently had a roof replaced and the workers for a competing company had left roofing nails in multiple spots on the roof that required an additional crew to come to their home to remove. We were very cautious on whom we selected to replace our roof as we spoke with many businesses in the area; however, after speaking with Neil at Radiant, we decided our search for a quality company had ended. In addition, Neil has came by our home on two occasions following the completion of the roof/gutter replacement to make sure we were still satisfied with the work and this in itself is very impressive.

The owner was very nice and answered all our questions and was able to work around our hectic schedule. The roofing crew was very fast and had the roof done in two days. I believe they would have finished it in a day if it hadn't rained! A very reasonable price for all the work that was done.

It is often difficult to get help for small jobs, I was very pleased that they got to me in a timely manner and did good work.

He jumped on the roof. Told me my roof was fine and told me about the other things his company provides. When I am ready for siding he will be the first one I call. Others came to give me estimates from10K to 15K and NOTHING was wrong with my roof.

Arrived as scheduled. Deal was to provide roof repairs up to agreed amount and evaluate roof condition. Advised that roof should be replaced and attempts to repair leaks would not be effective. No repairs were done. Subsequently had leaks effectively repaired by family member.

Everything was outstanding. He was trustworthy, the quality was great, the price was fair and it was timely.

I was very pleased with their service. They were timely, did everything they said they were going to do and did great work. It was finished before the rain returned. Also, they were reasonably priced.

Neil, the owner, went to bat for me with my insurance company who wanted to replace only a portion of the roof. He came out and took pictures of the extensive damage and documented the need to replace the entire roof. It was great to work with one company who could fix all the damage, including gutters, downspouts and vinyl siding. The quality of the work was exceptional and the workers were respectful and polite. I would definitely work with Radiant Roofing, again, and would recommend them to family and friends.

I was very pleased with their work. They were uncertain as to whether the original fix would work. They came back out after it rained to make sure I was satisfied. In the end the work was done very well.

The company finished the entire job within a day and cleaned up the mess. They even went to the trouble of covering up my car, which was in their way, with a tarp in order to protect it from any damage. They were quick to come out and look at my house, get an estimate together, provide updates during the process, and finish the job all in a timely manner. From start to finish, a very pleasant experience. I also like the fact that when you call the company, you talk to the owner directly. There's no leaving messages or getting a run around for an answer.

They were very good. They were very prompt and reliable. We had the weather to deal with. The very first day that the sun was out, they were there. They did a good job and cleaned up well. Any question that we had they answer right away. Their price seem to be about average.

Shawn arrived within 15 minutes of his call. Inspected the overall roof. He confirmed that the loose shingles only needed to be realigned and renailed in place. He also replaced two vent collars. The inspection and repair took about an hour to complete. He was very pleasant and professional.

They came out within a day or two and were able to schedule it immediately. They were professional and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves pretty well though left a few scraps, but I know they were probably slammed with all the roofing jobs everywhere. I was really surprised they were able to get to me so fast.

He did a great job because he had done our roof before. I couldn't pay all at one time. He gave me extra weeks to pay off the final amount.

I was asked to rewrite a check that the company representative stated was lost. The check had already cleared my bank.
