It went great!!! Basically I needed a new roof due to a few tabs that were missing and a few leaks that had recently started. I called several contractors and ended up getting 5 quotes in all. There was a few really high ones, one really low one which I didn’t feel comfortable chancing. I ended up choosing Radiant Roofing and I am so glad I did!! Neil was very easy to work and communicate with! He worked around my schedule which was tight due to my job and other work I had going on around the house. I told them up front that I wasn’t sure when I’d be ready for him to start. I was in a dilemma because I had my dormers finished a few days before I had to leave town and asked him if he thought they could fit me in on short notice..... His response, “we’ll be there tomorrow.” Listen, I’m unusually picky about work quality but I have to say I am very very pleased with the great looking new roof and a great price!! Also if you are up in the air on which color or design you want like I was, just ask Neil, right off the bat he said I have several for you to choose from but there is one particular style I think would really make your house stand out. He was right!! It looks great and I am very pleased!!

They responded very quickly and got the job finished quickly . They were prompt , polite, professional and did an excellent job . When they were finished with the job you couldn't even tell they had been there . None of my shrubs or other plants were damaged and clean up was great . I would highly recommend them !

Neil Schmidt (owner of Radiant) was sick when I first called him so it took him a while to get into the queue of estimates that I got. However, his estimate was within striking distance of the low bid. I chose Radiant because of the large number of positive ratings that Radiant had received over the years. It turned out that the supplier delivered the wrong color of shingles and Neil caught the error. Even though his crew had put on some of the roof, Neil had them remove it and replace with the chosen color of shingle. Based on just this, I was very glad I had chosen Radiant.

I was extremely pleased with the work performed. The communication was great. I found them to be honest, reliable, and professional.

Radiant Roofing and Exteriors came to the house bringing samples of siding, multiple times, due to our not being able to choose a color. He showed us some houses that he had installed siding, like we wanted; this was very helpful in us making our final choice. He assisted in the selection of the new windows. He informed us of the best rating on windows for this area. He asked us to shop for our doors. His reasoning was we would be able to get the type of door we wanted without any restrictions of a budget. We didn't have to do anything but find what we wanted and order the doors; the crew picked them up at the supplier. The crew started work on Monday after the 4th of July. They were very professional and nice. I was made aware of their work schedule, before work ever started. They worked that schedule when weather permitted until all the jobs were complete. When the job was completed they left the yard clear of debris. I hated to hear this crew retired. We had used Radiant Roofing and Exteriors several years ago for a new roof. We have been very happy with our roof, and will use them for the next one. The crew removed the old roof and felt, then laid new felt and roof. The entire job, including cleaning up all their debris was done in less than one day. They used a roller magnet to collect roofing nails from the yard.

This job was a good price and the siding and the roof looked good together. I have had a few people call me to actually buy my home since this job has been completed. I am very happy wit the job that was done.

Shingles had blown off our roof from a storm. Radiant roofing had someone check it out the day I called, and had someone there the next morning to do the repairs in the morning. (I had extra shingles). Roofer was prompt, friendly, and left no mess behind him. Would definitely use them again.

The roof and gutter replacement went very well. The roofers and the gutter replacement people were prompt, expedient and performed an excellent job, cleaned their mess up, and I would hire them again.

As far as I can tell at this point, everything went very well. Everything was finished in two days just as it was estimated before hand. They found more wood that needed to be replaced than what they originally estimated but I am happy that they replaced everything that needed to be replaced. After completing the work they did a good job of cleaning up and hauling all the old stuff away.

Work was done quickly and professionally. Very satisfied.

They did a very good job. They were very quick, and they did an awesome job cleaning up. He beat everybody else's prices.

Work was professionally done. I would have given them a higher score except for the fact that one of the workers used our patio as a bathroom. After complaining to management that episode was not repeated. If not for that I would have given them a higher score. Owner - Neal - was flexible and very accommodating to our situation. All things considered he did good work for a fair price. Our house is approximately 2,200 sq. ft. with a flat roof over the bonus room which required roll roofing.

Happy with the work so far. Just had the new roof installed so will know over the years but so far so good.

I had a badly leaking old roof. Radiant Roofing was too booked up to start immediately, but they put a tarp over my leaky area because I was even getting some ceiling damage. When they were able to start, they did the work quickly, and beautifully. I cannot find any sign that they were there - that's how well they cleaned up. Would use them again.

It wasn't that great. They were just extremely all around with business. They came out and did an initial inspection on a Sunday afternoon. Nobody called to give me a heads up that they were coming. It kind of hit me by surprise. They came and did an initial. I had further work done. I don't know if it was a good deal or not. It was nice. I asked for copies of everything that was done so I could keep the documents and I never received those. He was a very nice man. The man was incredibly nice but they were very unorganized.

The porch siding was good. The flashing was NOT done right the first time and I had to pay extra money for it to be done right the second time.

I called Radiant to come replace loose shingles. They came 3 days prior to to expected and did the job professionally.

When Neil inspected my roof he advised me that I could actually wait another year to replace it. I had a bad experience with a roofing company years ago, so I was extremely impressed with Neil's honesty. You don't find many roofing contractors that will let you know your roof doesn't need replacing!!!!! I will definitely call Radiant Roofing a year or so from now to replace my roof. The price Neil quoted was around $4900.00 which I thought was a fair price.

The crew was very prompt and professional. They kept me informed as the work progressed. Took them about a day and a half to install the roof. Neil followed up to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction.

It went very well. Neil is very easy to work with. The work went smoothly and in a timely fashion. Communication was good. In addition, a contracting company hired to do an interior remodel commented, "who ever did your roof did a really good job." Very satisfied.

Very punctual and friendly, service was quick and efficient. Would recommend to others for any roofing issues.

When we called to get a quote, someone came out the very next day. We were called that evening with the price to replace the roof. On the scheduled day the roofers arrived promptly, put the roof on, and cleaned everything up and hauled it away. There was one small section that we had a question about and as soon as we called the roofers came the very next day and resolved the problem. Overall the were extremely prompt, efficient, and everything looked great.

They were prompt in giving estimate and did a great job installing the gutters.

A quote was given in an timely manner. The work was done by an individual who apparently takes pride in his work. The work took more than one day and the carpenter did anexcellent job of cleaning up the area both at the end of the first day and when work was completed the next day.

Neil's crew were there when they said they would be and did the work quickly and correctly. They were polite when I came up to see the work; and the final cost of the job was very close to the estimate. I would certainly recommend and use them again.
