Ooltewah Electric

We've used them for years, and years, and years. They've been our electric company for probably 15 years.They're really, really good.They just always come out as you need them, they're there in a very short period of time. They get the job done quick. They're very professional.

When the framing started, they put the wires in. This was for building a home. It stretched over months. In fact, too long. They were always slow getting out here to finish their work. We had a bad experience building our house. Everyone was slow. Ooltewah Electric, in particular. They'd tell you they were going to be here on a Monday and they wouldn't get here until the next Tuesday. They're punctuality was terrible and their work was so-so. If I had a different electric company to choose from, I wouldn't pick them. They wouldn't get here until 9 o'clock and left every day by 3:30. They were here 10 days all together, throughout the year. It took us 14 months to get our house finished. I don't have anything to compare the price against. 

I disliked the timing. It took them forever to finish. They started a job and be gone a month. Then they'd come back, work a few hours and then be gone another month. They told us they'd finish up quite a bit of work we told them we needed the Monday before Thanksgiving. Then come to find out, they only worked half a day that Monday, then were off the whole week of Thanksgiving. So they didn't even get to us until the following Tuesday. And then, got here around 12 o'clock and left at 3:30. We didn't have a very good experience with them at all.
