 + -1 moreI would recommend that if you use Bud Jackson, get everything fixed before closing. Trying to get him to come back to the house after closure is about impossible. Still trying to get repairs fixed from our 1 year mark and it's been 2 years. Then there are 2-3 someone "bigger" issues that a carpenter told us should go back to the builder no matter how long it's been because it was faulty on the contractor's work and we've heard nothing back. Would be minimal cost to a builder but will be expensive for us to repair. Nice house and nice guy but very disappointed in customer service.
Description of Work: Bought a new home from New Castle (already built, we did not custom build) and after closing, needed multiple minor repairs.
