The wall he built was nice. otherwise he was the worst contractor I have ever dealt with. Makes promises he doesn't keep. Never itemizes what he will do or what you want him to do. Just NO KEPT promises. His warranties mean nothing. Will leave you in a big mess if it is a big job. A great personality who can sway you to believe in him. Little Jobs, he is probably o.k. but I wouldn't use him if he were the last man on earth.

Responded same day as initial call to estimate work. Was paid part of fee. NO contact initiated by provider there-after. I called repeatedly, and was given numerous excuses for delay, among them provider's pastoral duties(!). Work finally completed one month after contract. Poor logistics and planning added to cost as crew (two late teens and an adult) did not bring construction material and had to secure same while on the clock-apparently had lunch on the clock too. No itemization provided. Provider stated 2nd job would be completed the next day; it was not. Repeated calls went unanswered. Finally got response to demands of return of money when I threatened to appear at his church to collect. Irresponsible, inconsiderate, unresponsive and completely unreliable. The first project was adaquately done, but the frustration and aggravation outweighed any real value. BBB has 4 unanswered complaints on file for this business.
