I initially called about several problems that needed to be fixed in my home. Most notable was the one foot diameter hole in my craft room ceiling. My son, unfamiliar with attics, had put his very large foot through the ceiling. I made him repair it himself, and it ended up closed but looking like a 17-year old did it. Nathaniel came for an evaluation and estimate, gave me a reasonable price, and scheduled a time to return and do the work. He worked quickly without taking long breaks. He purchased all the supplies except the sealer for the deck (I had to choose color). He did a good job with everything, and I hired him to continue doing our yard work when I found out he was available for that. He comes when you call, does a thorough job, makes suggestions for improvements, and doesn't use chemicals.
