Description of Work: I hired Roger Forester to install a French drain and waterproof my basement. We signed a contract with specific details. He did not fulfill the contract. He left out materials that I paid for. He would show up late in the morning about 11:00 leave a couple of guys to work, come back about 2:00 and pick them up. He would show up two or three days later and do the same thing. My basement leaks worse than before he worked on it.

 + -1 moreIt went terrible. Roger was not there to supervise his staff. He dropped one guy off for half a day and never really made progress. He missed deadlines without apology. He only showed up to get deposit checks. He gave an estimate but kept adding "oh by the way" charges along with the way. I strongly urge you to steer clear of him. He has no insurance or business licenses. His crew is untrained and does not do the job right. We have had to start over with a new contractor.
Description of Work: We hired Roger to remove the water from our crawlspace. He talked a good game and came in much lower than competitors. He "installed" the system, but it did not work.
