Description of Work: We needed a stove repair 2nd opinion. They came to the house, looked at it and said they'd be back to repair in 2 days. 2 days came and they never showed up or called. We got someone else to fix it and then were billed for a "service call". They never did any work. We never signed anything. They harassed us to the point of litigation and even admitted that they never disclosed a fee would be due even though it says on their web-site "FREE second opinion" and "FREE estimate"

I searced the appliance model document and realized that I needed to use a "grounded" three-prong outlet. I plugged the refrigerator into a grounded 3-prong outlet, and just as I did the service rep rang my doorbell. I explained what I had just done as we walked to my kitchen to look at the refrigerator. It began to beep, which is what it does as it is awaiting a response. I pushed it on and he pushed it on immediately after I did. It takes 3 seconds, so it had not had time to register before he pushed it. My refrigerator came on, and I was still charged $65.59 for the service fee. I understand that they are using their time and gas, as well as ware on auto; however, I do not believe that I should have had to pay the entire amount for a service fee; however, the law is the law and I paid him. He said he was the owner, which bothers me even more. I could have become a customer for life, because he was very punctual. He even repeated a scripture to me as he took my check and walked out of my house for doing nothing. Live and learn I asked him to at least look at what I had done, and tell me if this is sufficient for the future. He continued to walk out of my house with my check, saying, "It is working".

Heating system died and had to have it replaced. I talked with 4 different providers and received estimates from all 4 for the same size and brand unit. This company had the best price and was very responsive and helpful in answering all questions during multiple phone calls. Serg was very helpful in explaining the difference in the systems offered and eagerly provided several names of referenced for me to contact and offered more if needed. I had a very positive experience with this provider. We went with a Trane unit.

Maytag "Quiet Series" washing machine 3 years old making really loud noise. He came on time and was very professional, but he took it apart and said that it was just wear on the machine and because the tub is floating, that just happens and nothing to do about it and it won't hurt anything. He put it back and charged me $45. After listening to it for a year, I decided to ask a good friend who knows about these things and he said it shouldn't be doing that and to call the guy I used to fix something else who he said was very good. He came today and at first thought it would need a certain part so went to the parts store and got it and came back and when he got farther into it, realized that part wasn't really worn out , but needed to be turned around. That solved the problem so he put the machine back and took the part back to the store and charged me $45. Need I say more?

Then he slammed me with this huge bill, didn't even give me a price before fixing it. The bill wasn't split out showing parts, labor, etc. Their ad in the phone book stated no overtime etc., as previous poster said. They even have a Jesus fish in their ad. I continue to have other issues with this unit and need to replace the whole thing because it is old. Talking to the new repair serviceman I discovered that they charge $145 for the capacitor. On the bright side... I got a refrigerator magnet for my $300 bucks!
Description of Work: Quick response, on the weekend, only took a few minutes to replace the capacitor.

The were uncooperative with the local BBB.
