Did a great job! Excellent experience.

John did a great job. He completed the work in a timely manner. He was here when he said that he would be here and called when he had a change in schedule. He didn't hesitate in asking questions to confirm our desire of what we expected.

John came to the house and assessed the problems promptly and as promised. He quoted a price where possible and was clear that he was unable to provide a complete price for a plumbing leak behind a wall in the basement until they were able to get behind the wall. He told us when his repairman would arrive and complete the work, and everything happened as promised. They also found another leak near the water heater in another part of the basement and repaired some work that had been done improperly by another company. It is a struggle to be in another state and locate reliable repairmen to keep my mother's house patched together. Thank you Angie's List and thank you JT Home Repair. It is such a relief to me and to her caregiver to find someone reliable, prompt and professional.

Installation of shutters required drilling holes into the brick. They seemed knowledgeable and completed the work satisfactorily. They were very easy to work with and cleaned up after themselves. Based on my first experience with this company, I plan on hiring them to do some additional work in the near future.

They did an excellent job. He makes an extra effort to accommodate your schedule. They do great work. I was satisfied with the price. I would recommend his service to others.

The job didn’t go very well as one of the workers who wasn’t paying attention stepped through the ceiling of a downstairs room and caused insulation to come through the hole and insulation was spread over the laundry room including on the washer, dryer floor and sink. They cleaned it up and repaired the damage but this should never have happened. The work, once it was finished, was satisfactory.

John came by and gave me an estimate of approximately $700 to coat the roof of my mobile home, which included coating material and labor. His employee arrived promptly when promised and put two coats on the roof in one day. There was no mess, the coating material did not drip or run off the roof, the employee did a very good job. The final cost was $598, so it was about $100 less than anticipated. I was very satisfied with John and the job done. He is a nice guy. I would definitely recommend him to anyone else and would call him again.

Perfect. It was a pleasure to find a workman who would even show up on time let alone do what he said and well. A real find for all those small jobs you need done around the house. Professional and polite.

John Tripp promised to arrive at 7:30 with his crew and arrived a few minutes early. John gave his two men directions and returned several times during the day to assess progress and quality. The old siding was removed promptly and carted away. The clean-up was excellent. The job was estimated at a day for two men but it was very hot (with a southern exposure) so John came back himself the next day with another crew member to caulk and paint. They went the extra mile and caulked along the length of the siding in order to match the rest of the house. The final product is excellent! I would not only heartily recommend this company to other people but plan to utilize their services again for other projects beginning in 7-14 days.

He did fine. He was very nice and very courteous. He did good work. The price was pretty reasonable. I would definitely use him again.

It was repaired correctly and quickly. John has done several repairs for us and they have all been done quickly and correctly.

I left message on his cellphone which was promptly returned. We agreed upon a convenient time for him to come over to check things out. When he arrived on the agreed upon time, we reviewed what needed to be done...he quoted me a fair price and began his work. He was efficient and professional, and left no mess. I will definitely use his services again.

Every time I have used John and recommended John, the results are above average to excellent. Nothing negative to report. Sometimes jobs go a little slow but never extremely slow and the results are always worth the delay. John and his crew are respectful and professional. They are a family business and want repeat business. His worker, Digger, is extremely skilled in laying floors, laying tile and overall carpentry. I will continue using John.

I got my estimate and we agreed on the work and then I had an emergency and had to postpone everything at the last minute. I know this threw his schedule off but John took it in stride and was readily available to schedule me back in a few weeks later. He came in, did the work over a 2 week period and I couldn't be happier. He had to tear out ceramic tile and drywall in one bathroom, replacing a whole section and that wall is perfect now. He removed an old tile floor, leveled the floor, and put new flooring in another bathroom, replaced 2 exterior doors, including frames, and painted 3 interior rooms. He cleaned up after himself which is more than I can say about some contractors I've had in the past. I've recommended John to several friends and co-workers and wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

When we called them they were quick to set up a date for an estimate. Finished all the work within a few days. They were in and out as quickly as they could be and all the work was done very well. They did a good job cleaning up after themselveves.

John did what he said he would do for the amount he quoted.

Easy to work with. Called him up and he came right away. He was able to do the work quickly and professionally.

He did what he said he would do and he did it for the price that he said he would do it for. He did a good job, he came right over, and I would recommend hiring him.

He does really good service. Usually, he was there when he said he’d be there and charged what he said he would charge. He cleaned up and was neat.
