Excellent! I was in the process of selling the home and dealing with many companies to have work done in the home. Painters, roofers, electricians, masons, and window repairs. Most of the companies failed to even call back, those that did, failed to do what they said they would do. Unlimited Windows - did exactly what they said they would do.

Ted would not even hardly talk to me. I called to see if someone would be willing to repair my leaking window and he said "call the builder" and "I don't know" about 5 times. He did say "good luck" as he was hanging up on me. He had no ideas at all about who might help me. Keep it classy Ted.

The installer was extremely quick, efficient and professional. Always got a call before they showed up, they protected and cleaned their work area. I would recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately repairs had to be done when I was not there as I had just closed on the home but not moved in yet, otherwise I would have made sure the work was done properly. Upon my coming to the property, I found that there were still five broken windows that were not repaired as should have been. One of the windows had broken parts hanging from the side that could be seen across the room (not subtle). Notified company and they sent someone out (for what I thought was to complete the work). He looked at the windows, agreed they were broken and that he'd not inspected them as well as I did. Took notes and left, never to be heard from again. In addition, upon inspecting all the windows at the time he was here, he broke two more windows! I tried contacting the repair person and company several times. Was NEVER called back as promised and when I got in touch with them, the owner refused to work with me and hung up on me. Completely rude, unreliable, unprofessional and poor quality work! Beware, and also check their reviews on Google.

Had a little trouble getting them to schedule estimate, but were always courteous and professional. Quality of work was great and price was 1/3 less than local competitor who advertises on TV.

I was very pleased. Unlimited Windows was quick and came when scheduled. The crew was polite and did the job exactly as I wanted. They were very nice to my kids. I would definitely recommend them.
