There was raw wood that was supposed to be covered with matching siding. They didn't do that, I had to call them back to do that. They had to reinstall the screen wire twice because they couldn't install it tightly, it was loose. The porch door they installed was white, it was suppose to be almond. When I called them back they removed it and painted it. They then had to paint it a 2nd time because the first color didn't even come close to the house trim. The strips on the outside of the screen were not uniformly cut and had to be redone. The ceiling fan installed in the porch was left with exposed wires. They had to come back for that. My son put a sweep on the bottom of the door because the door had to much space below. When he installed it it pulled the door down (because it had been improperly hung originally). When I called about this they made me pay for half of the replacement cost on a new door and when they delivered the new door it was a perfect color match this time. The roof problem occurred and I thought it was a window problem originally. It turned out to be a problem from bad quality installation of the roof. It caused additional major damage to the interior of the home and when the company was called to correct the roof problem they refused and sent a letter saying they wouldn't do anything about it. I provided this letter to my insurance company and hired a better company to help me out.

They started work on a Monday and continued working everyday until the deck was finished. They did encounter a few afternoons when it rained (about the only time it did this spring in Nashville) which slowed their progress. Outside of missing a few spots where boards needed nails and replacing a few bad boards on a bench--both of which they fixed promptly at our request--the work was performed to our complete satisfaction.
