The two ladies did good work, but the price was a bit expensive.

I cannot write a completely glowing review, but I am overall pleased with the service I?ve received from Molly Maid so far. My experience started out a bit questionable in that it took 4 days to get a response to my request for an estimate. Then the estimate itself seemed to go well. I had very specific cleaning needs in mind that I wanted done on a monthly basis. I even provided a list of those needs and went over them in detail during the walkthrough and was assured that they could be accommodated. The price quoted was based on the time it would take to get all of those items done and was within my budget. They were able to accommodate my scheduling needs and the crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time on the day of the first cleaning. Unfortunately, my list of specific needs was not followed on that first cleaning. Only approximately 85% of the list was completed and I was still charged the full price I was quoted. They admitted that they did not follow my list, but gave no other explanation as to why it was not followed. The cleaning that they did was very thorough and well done, it just did not focus on the areas I had so specifically requested. Because of the thoroughness of the cleaning that was done on that first visit, I decided to overlook the rocky start and give them another chance. The second cleaning went much better, as all of my priorities were attended to. I?m very pleased with the attention to detail that is evident in their cleaning methods. I plan to continue using the service on a monthly basis as long as these standards continue. It is also important to note that the cleanings are taking place while I?m at work and not present. It is a very important factor to me to be able to trust people in my home when I?m not there. I?ve not had any hesitations with the crew that Molly Maid has assigned to me. The screening processes for their employees and the tenure of this crew have put my mind at ease. For that reason alone, I would recommend Molly Maid over some other smaller or individually run cleaning services.

They do a good job for the most part. There are a few things I would like done a little different but they are always willing to accommodate my service needs.

They did a great job. The result of their cleaning was good. I would recommend them. I was sick and I asked them to come clean my house. It was too messy because we've had an ice storm. The electricity had been off and I had a baby and we couldn't do much. I've been in the hospital and that one person came and said they couldn't do it. I called Molly Maid and they were out in an hour. Their cost now have gone up with more than I can probably pay as a retire person.

Good job but looked liked some things not done. Downstairs bathroom and kitchen didn't look mopped. Laminate floor under a piece furniture still very dusty.

They did a great job. I'm going to continue using them. It was 2 females that worked really well together. They had their patterns down and they were very efficient. They did their job and left. That is how I like my house to be cleaned. They were on time.

The biggest selling point for Molly Maids was that it was a larger company with a small company attitude towards customer service. I would get the same team each time they came and cleaned. The first team was wonderful they exceeded my expectations.... I couldn't wait for them to come back.... Well I was very disappointed when they came because it was a different team. When I called I was told that my regular team had a doctors appt and couldn't come, but was also told that my regular team would NOT be the same team that came the first time... confusing... yeap I know... So if I had been told that my "regular" team had a doctors appt I may have said don't bother just send in my regular team when they can come... But I was never told. So why is that sooooo frustrating, because this team had NEVER seen my house and I had a pressing appt I had to go to... I was assured that all would be fine... I remained optimistic. When I came home from work I was a bit frazzled because the garage door wouldn't open, I found out that they closed the garage door manually and it threw the door off it's track, so i had to reset my garage door...innocent enough, then I was sooo excited to see how clean they got my fridge and oven, but wait they didn't do my fridge and oven, I was assured last time it would be done this time. Okay no biggy I texted the company they'll do it next time. I go around the house to check every thing out, I find that Master shower doors were not cleaned...hmmmm... I texted the company... I found the kitchen trash (which was full) was not emptied, hmmm I texted the company... I went to move a kitchen rug that was miss placed and it stuck to the floor... what... I looked at the cleaner they used and they used the polish not the cleaner... the directions (if they had bothered to look at it) clearly state you have to wait a minimum of 2 hours before placing anything on the floor... all the rugs were stuck to the floor.... that was the last straw. I texted the company that I needed to talk to someone ASAP - that was at 3:06 pm, first response from the company was at 4:29 pm stating that someone would contact me shortly...5:49 pm I got another text that I would get a call in a few minutes....6:45pm I got a text that someone was going to call. I called them and told them I wanted to cancel the service. I told them once they did call, that this should be a good thing, I should not have to go through this and the unresponsiveness was really what set me over the top... if they had called me right away I would have know that they are taking this serious... and to top it off they charged me for the cleaning... Lesson learned bigger is not better... just bigger problems..

Not good. They arrived on time but I could not hang around to observe. They arrived in the a.m. I came back at noon and there wasn't much done at that time. It appeared they began hurrying to get it done. They finally cleaned the floor but it was more of a spot clean rather than a thorough clean. Also, one of the girls was new and really didn't seem to know what she was doing. They sprayed oven cleaner in a self clean oven than proceeded to self clean baking the cleaner into the inside of the oven. I had to than re-clean the oven myself but was not able to remove the residue of the cleaner. My wife than mopped the floors that weekend and she had to change out the bucket 3 times because the floors were never cleaned. The tubs in the two guest bathrooms were still dusty/dirty. Overall I feel I was scammed. I contacted the owner and he agreed to discount my bill for one hour of time but I will never use this cleaning company again.

We have used Molly Maids bi-weekly for 11 months and they have been very professional. We have very satisfied with the work performed.
