Description of Work: No service was provided. He did not call back to get address for a scheduled appointment so I called & left a message. He called back and said he had been sick and would be there the next day or day after that for sure, but he never called back.

Jim was very professwsional, knowlegeable, and had me check that I could lock and unlock my security door w/ ease after he fixed it. I will recommend Jim to my friend, business associates, family, and neighbors. Highly recommend!
