+ 1 moreI felt like I was taking a bit of a gamble when I decided to go with Lopez Home Services to repaint my home. They didn't have many reviews and appeared to be a husband and wife team just trying to get started. I'm pleased to report the gamble paid off. Saul's team did a great job at a very competitive price with a nice attention to detail. When a piece of wood needed to be replaced before being repainted they could handle it. The only real caveat I can give is that I have rather poor hearing and at times had a hard time understanding Saul over his accent. It was a one-way communication issue. He appeared to always understand me. But when that happened he was cool about just writing down what he was trying to tell me. The communication obstacle was really just a speed bump and only applied when I first met with Saul for the appraisal. Candice speaks fluent English. So if you have poor hearing like me (wear your earphones kids!), you might want to have a pen and pad handy. I would definitely hire them again for future painting/staining jobs and will keep them in mind for other types of repair/maintenance work.
Description of Work: They were hired to pressure wash and repaint the exterior of the home, restaining in some parts. Some minor exterior carpentry was also done.

+ 1 moreAt first I was nervous because their price was HALF of my other 2 quotes. I decided to go for it. I will say that there was a snafu in their scheduling and timeliness but given the price and the quality of work, it was well worth it! I literally saved $700 going with them rather than the next lowest quote and the job was done professionally and they cleaned up great after all the work was done.
Description of Work: Paint high ceilings in dining, living, entry hallway and also the garage doors. Also did patch work/paint for crack in drywall in one corner. Repaired paint in one area in the kitchen,
