+ -1 moreServiceman did not inspire confidence. He overlooked cracked heat exchanger tubes which was a health hazard due to carbon monoxide leaks and fire possibly entering the ductwork and the house.
Description of Work: Unprofessional appearance, service, missed major problem with heat exchanger. Late with quote. Never called back after quote.

+ -1 moreFrogges Electric did a good job on fixing my problem. They were a little pricey but it was late on a Friday night. The work was satisfactory.
Description of Work: Frogges was called to fix my air conditioner. The problem was taken care of.

+ -1 moreFrogge was just too much of a hassle. They did one thing and charged us for it. They were wrong and needed to replace it all and they wanted to charge us again. The air conditioning is now working great but we are not happy with the whole ordeal.
Description of Work: My air conditioner wasn't working so I called Froggs. After diagnosing the problem, they replaced the whole system.
