It went very well.

It went great. I had bought the part for $150 and they installed it for me in 45 minutes, plus their $65 charge for getting here and another $35 part (gas hose), totaled $200. They charge in 15 minute increments. For comparison, Hiller does it by the job and they visited and said it would cost $700 to fix, even though they said the part was around $250, it would take 30-45 minutes to fix, and that labor was around $200/hr, which should have then amounted to around $450. Still, they said it was $700. Anyway, with Fix-it-all it cost me $400 total in the end, $300 less than Hiller. Kevin, the owner, was very pleasant. Thank you!

There were some complications, but it all worked out and I was very pleased with the transaction. The gentlemen from Fix It All were pleasant, punctual, and professional.

Anthony and Patrick called 15 minutes ahead, arrived right on schedule, checked out the jobs to be done and started to work. I made a trip to Home Depot for parts twice, but all work was done quickly when I arrived and work occurred on some of the other projects while I was gone.

It was great. We will definitely use this group for plumbing in the future.

After getting a very high water bill, "Fix It All Plumbing" came out immediately to diagnose the problem: a leaking main water line. They then immediately scheduled its replacement and the work was completed as planned. The line ran under a sidewalk that was recently replaced but "Fix It All Plumbing" were happy to spend the extra time to ensure it wasn't damaged. The final cost came a little lower than the quote too!

We had to replace the fill valve in our toilet and had tried several times to figure out what was leaking after we replaced it... We were literally just over trying to mess with it ourselves... I found this company on Angie's List and they had great reviews so I gave them a call. I called at about 7:30 AM and they had a cancellation and so they were out and fixed our toilet before noon the same day! Great customer service and great work done! I would definitely hire again for any future needs! I'm not super familiar with plumbing pricing, so I feel like maybe it's high, but then again I believe they deserve every penny! Due to what I have read from some various sites it seems that I received a fair price, and with a 20% coupon on Angie's List.

Anthony showed up on time, and quick and efficient. He rebuilt two toilets, installed a new hose in the kitchen sink, and repaired a 3rd toilet. Instead of charging us to completely rebuild the 3rd toilet, he informed us that it only need one small part. We really appreciated his promptness, quality of work, and honesty.

What a wonderful man the owner is. Kevin did a great job repairing both our toilet and water heater very quickly. He does not waste any time. I enjoyed chatting with him We are glad to leave this review as we do refer his company to our friends who need plumbing work.

He had recommended replacing the toilets on an earlier visit--I'd had him out because they were flushing so slowly. He told me there was hard water build-up in the inlet valve, and that the best thing to do would be to replace the toilets with larger-valved ones. (We have 6 in our family and are on a septic system, so well-flushing toilets are a priority.) He did say we might try cleaning the valve out with hydrogen peroxide, but it didn't do anything for it. (I have since found you can clean out the valve with an awl or screwdriver?) He arrived 2 hours late, but did the work quickly and efficiently, and was pleasant and friendly. He was able to come out the next day after I called him and brought the two new toilets with him.

Kevin was professional, timely, and affordable. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Keven Sipes was professional, responded quickly to my call. In addition to doing excellent work, he pointed out some plumbing problems that I need to have corrected when I begin my bath remodel in a few weeks. Gave me some recommendations for reliable and honest suppliers. He took all the time that was needed to make my repair, but also suggested a couple of options if I did not have the time to wait for him to complete the work within only a few minutes. I would recommend Fix It All to anyone needing a reliable and reasonably priced plumber.

Repaired leaking connection, under house in cramped crawl space. |Fixed it quickly, had the right materials when needed. Price seemed a bit high, but everything seems a bit high lately. Seemed like a nice fella and knew what he was doing. Very happy with the service, and would call again.

Unfortunately, I did not know my husband had already taken care of the leak. He was very polite though when we let him know we did not need him. I will definitely use him in the future for our plumbing needs.

Kevin was very professional. Our job was a small job, but he treated it as very important to him. He did a great job explaining what our options where. He was punctual, did good work, and cleaned up after the job was complete. The best of all was his final price was less than his estimate. My wife and I could not be more pleased with Kevin. I called Kevin because there was a bad smell in my guest bathroom. It smelled like when my parents' septic system had a leak-- not like raw sewage, but bad. He asked if we used the bathtub in there much, and explained that if a sink, toilet, or bathtub is not used for a long time the water in the U bend will dry up and gas from the sewer can come up into your house. He suggested running some water in the tub and seeing if that cleared up the smell by the next day; if not, he could come out and see what else it could be. He must have been right, because the smell was gone in a few hours! He could have come out anyway and charged me for it (as plumbers have done to me in the past). I will definitely call this company again!
