So far it hasn't gone anywhere. I've had to contact Wayfair again to either cancel my purchase or make arrangements for me to pick up this purchase myself. They are a terrible service company & I'll never do business with them again.
Description of Work: They were supposed to deliver my new box spring by May 29th, 2015. I had to have Wayfair track down my box spring as Ellis didn't give them a tracking number. After 2 days of locating my box spring Ellis said they couldn't deliver it until June 17th, 2015. I told them I'd come get it & they've refused.

Ellis Moving and Storage was hired by the company to deliver my new couch and recliner. I have never dealt with such incompetence in a business in my life! They had my furniture for over a week sitting in their warehouse with no call to me at any time to schedule delivery. I had to track down my furniture and I explicitly told them that I could NOT take delivery on Saturday - it was my granddaughters first birthday. Days go by and I hear nothing on a delivery date. I called them back and was informed that they had me scheduled for delivery on Saturday. Really????!!! I explained again that it was my granddaughters birthday and I could not miss her party. The woman assured me that my delivery was the first of the day and they would be here at 9am. By 10amSaturday morning - still no delivery. I call back and of course their office is closed for the weekend but there was a number to call for emergency. I called and spoke with Michelle. She said there was some issues at the warehouse but they would have the furniture to me before I had to leave at noon. 11:50am - no furniture. I called Michelle back and told her that I could not miss my granddaughters birthday party and we had to leave. She said they would move my delivery to the end of the day and it would be here between 5 and 7pm. While on the way to the birthday party we received a call that a family friend had been in a serious car accident and was being life flighted to Vanderbilt so we had to leave the party early to go to the hospital. My husband left the hospital at 4:30pm to make the 30 minute drive home to be here for the delivery. By 6:50pm - still no call and no delivery. I tried to call Michelle back and discovered that she had blocked my number. I borrowed another phone and called her again and she answered immediately! How is that for customer service! I explained to her that I was at the hospital and my husband went home to wait for the deliver but no one had shown up and he really needed to get back to the hospital - any idea WHEN they would be arriving. She had the driver call me back and he said that it would be 8:30 to 9:30 pm before they got there. So my husband had to come back to the hospital, pick me up and we came home to wait again. At 9pm the driver calls again and said he still had 3 more deliveries before he got to me and he was in a city 20 minutes from us. He finally arrived at our home at 10:45 PM Saturday night!! He unloads the chair - sets it down in our den and pulls out his paperwork for us to sign. We asked where the couch was and he said he didn't know anything about a couch. I have spent my morning on the phone trying to track down my couch. It is sitting at Ellis Moving and Storage warehouse. Of course they can't tell me when they can deliver it and they would call me with a delivery date (like they did before - NOT). I have contacted the company where we purchased the furniture and informed them of the issues. My husband is on his way to rent a UHaul trailer and is going to pick up the couch himself. The incompetence of this company is the worst I have ever seen. Rude employees and no one knows what is going on there. AVOID! Update: 8-4-14 My husband went to Ellis Moving and Storage and informed them he was there to pick up our couch. They told him it wasn't there. He insisted they search for it in their warehouse. Turns out it WAS there and had been there since 7-17-14 sitting in their warehouse but no one checked it in and no one scheduled the delivery. My husband and son loaded the couch and brought it home. Couch had a rip in the leather, a broken foot and damaged recliner mechanism.

I called that day to tell them their mistake and asked if they could come back and get it. They said they would and what day would be convenient for me. I told them 7/10/2014. They did not come, I never heard from them again until I called them. They made an excuse that they had no trucks in Nashville that day and they would let me know when they would pick it up. Never heard from them again until I called them. More excuses, more horrible customer service. Whoever answered would not let me speak to someone in charge or even give me their name. It is now 7/23/2014 and I still do not have this resolved.
Description of Work: Delivered a chair that I ordered, and a chair that was someone else's order. This occurred on 7/8/2014.
