Description of Work: Company tech came first time. After he left, heat was still not producing. The owner returned promptly next day, double-checked and found problem and finished work without $$ for additional trip. He also found a connection that was neglected by the original installer [several years past]-- and the system has worked the best ever!

He was very professional, gave me all my options, didn't pressure me, and I made the decision to replace the HVAC Unit. It was replaced on Monday and 6months later it is working like a champ. I was very impressed w/ William the owner and the men who work for him. I highly recommend this company!

+ -1 moreWe contacted many companies and had multiple quotes from all of the "big names" in our area. When we contacted busy bee, we were treated as real people. We felt that the business was very straight forward about the costs of the items we were purchasing and very straight forward with how much they needed to pay in labor. I would utilize them again.
Description of Work: Replaced Failed Dual Fuel HVAC system with a new comparable American Standard Unit and Added a whole house Air Cleaner.

+ -1 moreWilliam was at my house twice, first to troubleshoot the problem and the second time to replace the system. Both times he was on time or early. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very patient with all my questions. We had negotiated pricing on the phone and he showed up with a contract with all the numbers and changes exactly as we had discussed already in writing. Busy Bee is not the biggest HVAC company out there but they know their stuff and stand behind their work. I highly recommend them.
