This was a terrible experience with Your Flooring. The crew Don subcontracted to sand and re finish our floors was horrible. They were sloppy with their work and didn't mask anything off. We had stain all over out trim, baseboards, stairs and walls. Don tried replacing our quarter round with a cheap smaller size that didn't match our original. Our stairs were missed initially because Don and Chris didn't communicate properly to the crew. They did a very poor job sanding our stairs and after staining they are a different color than our floors. We now have to hire a different company to come fix the problem they left. We expressed our concerns about our stairs but Don refused to fix. In the end our trim was replaced and painted but it took several heated conversations with Don to get this done. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Don & Chris we great! They had excellent selection of carpeting and pads. They explained the differences in products & pricing very well. They were kind, courteous, relaxed. They were never pushy in their sales tactics. They were very patient with us as we were making our decisions. They stayed on schedule with delivery & installation. The installers were on time and were very courteous. They worked quickly & efficiently and were gentle with the furniture they had to move for installation. We would definitely hire Your Flooring again for our next project.
