+ -1 moreI paid Dan Neal $3700 (50%) upfront for refacing front and back staircases. He and his 2 friends left me an uneven, miscut, shambles in my home. A 2 day job turned into a 6 day disaster. My staircases are worse than they were before. Dan Neal tried to pressure me into signing off that the job was complete and to pay him the balance. He subsequently denied that he ever said any such thing. He misrepresented the fact that he does not know how to do the work he contracted to do for us. We are going to have to have both staircases torn out and redone by a competent contractor. He and his parent company Nustair of Colorado refuse to do anything to rectify the situation. Nustair says they are not responsible. Dan Neal lied and misrepresented everything to us from the day we met him. I have over 100 pictures of damaged components, shoddy work and missing components that I will provide on request. Dan Neal is forcing us to litigate this matter. Beware..
