plumbing, gas leak repair
+ 0 moreI noticed a natural gas smell while inspecting my crawl space for installing vapor barrier and made the mistake of calling MLGW. MLGW shut my gas off. Mid-South Plumbing Solutions sent out a very nice gentleman on the Friday evening (from 6 until 9pm) to try to get the gas turned back on that night but after exhaustive attempts to plug leaks, he found that he would need to replace a pipe and hence pull permit (which he could not do until Monday). Mid-South Plumbing Solutions was then able to pull permit, replace the pipe, have it inspected, and have MLGW turn our gas back on by 2pm all in one day! Because my home warranty covered this repair, the warranty company sent out two plumbing companies to give them quotes for the same job and the quotes were 1800 and 2000 for the same job Mid-South Plumbing did (and did well) for 900. I definitely recommend Mid-South Plumbing Solutions and will use them for my plumbing needs from now on.
