I've used Lewis Small Engines several times in the past 2 years. They have serviced my ATVs, lawn mowers, edger and 5K generator. In all cases they did excellent work and are very friendly and professional. I will continue to rely on Paul and his guys & gals for all my maintenance needs. Highly recommend!

I called Paul on a Saturday morning to describe my service needs and get a quote. He said on the phone that he could probably have my mower back to me in about a week. Pleased by his customer-friendly demeanor, I dropped it off about an hour later. Paul looked it over with me and educated me on several finer points of lawnmower maintenance. He then said he thought he could have it ready in the next 2-3 days, which was a pleasant surprise. Later that same afternoon, he called and said he had a technician help him get right on it, and the service was complete. I was amazed! When I picked up my mower, I was extremely pleased with the service work, and extra pleased with how clean it looked. It hadn't looked that good since the day I bought it! As Paul was helping me load the mower into the back of my Jeep, my dog got away. Paul was getting ready to go into town with his wife and son, but all three of them helped me find my lost dog. I greatly appreciate their help! Paul is a friendly, knowledgeable, Christian man who does excellent work. I give Lewis Small Engines my highest recommendation!

I called Mr Lewis one afternoon about 4 PM about my problem. He was at my house about 6 PM to talk to me and took the lawn tractor with him. Very prompt! Very friendly and knew his subject matter. He did have my tractor about two weeks, but I believe this to be because availability of parts.

Paul called about 30 min after I posted a request for service on his website in the evening. He arranged to pick mower up a few days later and called before he came to make sure I was ready. Took mower away, estimated it would take 2 weeks to repair and was only off by 3 days. Pretty good considering how much work needed to be done. Used mower this week and it purred like a kitten. Would definitely recommend Lewis Small Engine Repair for my equipment. Quick service, great customer care, polite employees, pick and drop off that was convenient for me and price was less than I was quoted elsewhere.

Staff is courteous and professional over the phone. Thorough in their work. Took the time to provide a few tips that will enable the mower to last longer. Fast service.

Quick response to my email inquiry. picked up, did the work and returned the mower in two days. Made sure we understood a potential problem. I was most impressed that he remembered from our initial conversation that I work nights and he made a point not to call early in the day so we wouldn't wake me!

My Exmark 60" zero-turn mower just stopped in the middle of mowing my yard on a Saturday afternoon. Paul Lewis was recommended by a neighbor and was near our home. I called him on a Sunday afternoon and he came right over to look at my machine. It turned out to be just a blown 20A fuse. I had a 30A so Paul put it in just to get it running. He came back with a 20A later. He didn't charge anything for the service call. Paul is a certified Kohler mechanic, so he's got my business from now on.
