+ -1 moreFirst of all, its a husband wife team, I did like that, it gave you 2 perspectives on the situation and how to market the house. Their fee was a little less than the general market. They rely strictly on internet selling. I was a little hesitant at first about that, but their approach did make sense with most people finding homes today on the internet. I think they gave good advice. They got the home staged right. They updated us every month on how many showings and hits on the internet and we got some feedback on what people did and did not like.
Description of Work: We used them to sell a home for us.
