I have used Matthew for many projects. He will tell you whether he can do the project. If he does not feel he can do a good job he will tell you upfront. Every project and job that he does is done extremely well. I have always been pleased with the work. It has always been a good price for the job done. I will continue to use him in the future. The fence he built is beautiful. Straight, professional and pleasing to the eye. You wont go wrong using his services.

As always with Matthew, our experience was outstanding. The appointment was booked several weeks in advance to accommodate his schedule and ours. He contacted me about a week ahead and again the day before to confirm and let me know the time that he would arrive. Matthew offered to pick up the door from the supplier on his way here which would have saved the $79 delivery charge. However, because the door I wanted was in limited supply, I opted to go ahead and purchase in advance and have delivered. After arriving a minute or two ahead of the scheduled time, Matthew asked me if my dogs were secure since he would be removing the door. I appreciated this courtesy very much as my dogs' safety is very important to me. Matthew then hung a drop cloth from the ceiling to minimize dust, heat and flies coming into the house when the old door was removed. He spread a mat on the floor to protect the tile. He asked if it would be all right to have his radio on in the garage while he worked. All these courtesies are characteristic of Matthew's professionalism. Matthew had planned ahead and brought the needed insulation and trim with him to the job. The door was very neatly and flawlessly installed, trimmed and painted. He was able to re-use a lock set we had purchased only a few months before and re-keyed the new dead bolt lock so that we are able to use our existing keys for both locks. He then showed me how to re-key the locks should we need to do that in the future. At the conclusion of the job, Matthew cleaned the dust from the baseboards and swept the work area inside the house and in the garage. This is his work ethic and our experience with each project he has completed for us. We cannot recommend Matthew more highly. He is excellent in all aspects and our first choice any time we need work done.

As always with Matthew, a positive experience that exceeded our expectations. He arrived very promptly, actually a few minutes ahead of the scheduled time and immediately began. Since this was an exterior door, Matthew hung a drop cloth over the opening to minimize dust, flies and heat coming into the house. He also protected the tile floor with a mat over the work area. He asked if my dogs were secure before taking down the door, something I greatly appreciated. He also asked if I would mind him playing his radio in the garage while he worked. As always, very polite and considerate. He installed the door, trim and hardware and did a beautiful job of painting. He re-used the lockset we had recently purchased for our old door and re-keyed the new deadbolt so that we could use the same key for both locks. Then he showed me how to re-key should we need to do that at some point in the future. Clean up was meticulous. Matthew swept the work area, including the baseboards where some dust had drifted, as well as garage space surrounding the door. I wish that all service providers offered the same work ethic, professionalism and expertise that Matthew does. He is truly outstanding.

Great! This is the 4th time I have used Mr. Farmer in the last year or so. He always does great work at a reasonable price. He arrives on time, gets to work promptly and always does an excellent job. I felt nervous about buying materials needed for the job and he purchased all materials needed which were included in the price.

Matthew was a joy to work with. He was always on time and a kind soul. He is very efficient and knowledgeable about his work.

I left messages on June 2 and June 4 of 2016 and I've yet to receive a response. I'm disappointed because he received such high reviews and I was looking forward to having a handyman I could use for many upcoming projects. If I receive a return phone call, I will update my review. UPDATE: He called me back and is checking his schedule to see if he can get me an estimate.

Matthew did a great job painting over the dozen or so sample colors of various colors. He had to prime and use multiple coats but he covered it all with no odd shading. It looks great with the furniture he assembled for us a few months back lol.

So polite and hard working. I'm writing this after I have used his services for the third time so obviously I'm very happy with him. Thanks Matthew!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mr. Farmer. His attention to detail, honesty, and work ethic surpass anyone else I have ever hired. He is honest, punctual, and works hard for a fair price. I will be a a dedicated client for a long time. He did an incredible job with all my bathroom projects. He exceeded my expectations with every task I asked him to complete my bathroom update.

I contacted Mr. Farmer last week regarding the fallen section of fencing. He answered me within hours and scheduled today to come. I have used him before for various jobs and his work is always excellent and his prices are more than fair. He is friendly and very professional. His quotes are always accurate. I highly recommend Mr. Farmer. He is awesome!

He is just the best at what he does..I cannot recommend him highly enough..Always on time....always calls or texts if he needs to adjust the start time.This is the 3rd time I have used him for numerous thing around the house and I will be using him many more times.He takes his time and is very meticulous about what he does and also making sure he does not mess up anything in the home.It is very hard to find someone you trust to come into your home but I have found the best. Because I wanted the wires run behind the wall he had already purchased the kit to be able to do this which was 50.00 so the cost of this is included in the cost of service.

I cannot praise this man more. He is not only competent and efficient but he is a very personable and gracious person. He is a joy to talk too. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who ask and I intend to tell all of my friends who need Handymen about his work, which I deem to be excellent.

I used Matthew back in Sept for a lot of small jobs around my house and he was excellent.I had bought a 60 inch tv that needed to be hung but I was worried if the space I wanted it in would hold it.I had thought about using Geek Squad but their price package was about 250.00 and Matthew said he could do it.He is just the best and there is nothing he cannot do.He got it all hung and connected to my Wi-Fi and he is just so neat with everything and pays attention to detail.The tv does not have a certain cable for HD and he knew exactly what I needed to purchase.He also measured all the windows in my house so I can get blinds,and he will be installing those, and he even took my old tv off.I just cannot say enough good things about him.I trust him to leave him in my house if I had to.If there is something you want done he will tell you if he thinks someone else would be better at doing it which I appreciate it.He is always right on time and I highly recommend him.

So glad I found Matthew through the referral of several neighbors. He did just what we wanted done and in a timely, tidy manner. He came and gave an estimate and we set a date. We were very pleased with his work and would call on him again for the many services he offers.

Mr. Farmer, arrived on time as promised and provided us with an overall inspection of the property based on a home inspection report we received (as we are selling our home). We needed specific repairs done via our home contract and Mr. Farmer exceeded all expectations. Matt even noticed a couple other areas that needed to be fixed when he did after getting our confirmation by phone. He charged by the hour which I liked rather than by individual job. He was very knowledgable and can perform most any interior/exterior "handyman" related tasks. In summary, my wife and I felt very comfortable with the level of service and professionalism that Mr. Farmer exhibited. His level of work / attention to detail is also very much above par. I would recommend anyone with handyman type needs for their home contact Matt Farmer. His prices are better than just about everyone I researched AND his level of craftsmanship is excellent.

Matthew is awesome at everything I have had him do! Not only is he 100% reliable, communication is great, and he ALWAYS does the job RIGHT! I would not hesitate to have him do anything on my list!

Matthew was very responsive. We set an approximate time the day of service. He call and asked if he could come out earlier and did so with my approval. He had requested pictures to be text to him prior to the date of schedule service, so he would know what to bring if anything. He was prepare, polite and did a wonderful job. I could not ask for better service.

Matthew is unfailingly conscientious and professional, a consummate craftsman who is knowledgeable, skilled and meticulous in his work, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. He arrives when he says that he will or notifies you if a problem arises that will cause him to be late, completes the requested work in a manner that exceeds all expectations, and cleans up before leaving so that the work area is left just as he found it. In addition to all of that, he is an exceptionally nice person and a pleasure to have in your home. I have already begun compiling my list for next time. If you are fortunate enough to secure Matthew's services, you will not be disappointed. He has my highest recommendation.

Matthew was very responsive from the beginning through e-mails, he showed up on time, he completed the work within the estimated time frame, and he cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased and would recommend him.

I had contacted Matthew about 3 weeks ago and he came by took a detailed list of what I needed done and sent me an email with the price and amount of time he thought it would take.Once we settled on that we set up an appt. and he was here early,fixed everything, and was done in about 3 hrs.I would highly recommend him to anyone needing this type of service.

Provider was extremely courteous, punctual, professional and fastidious. He left absolutely nothing for us to clean up! Provider came exactly when he said he would, and finished our job in the time frame he quoted. His work was perfect - we could not be more pleased. We would definitely recommend him to anyone - and as soon as we have the funds we will have him back for more projects.
