Matthew is such a kind man. Extremely clever at what he does. Always punctual and responsive and his work is exceptional. We highly recommend him, although you do need to wait a little as he calendar is always booked, but for his quality and expertise I think he is worth waiting for.

I have used Matthew a number of times for various jobs. He is a hard worker and a joy to work with. He is always on time and knowledgeable about the project at hand. I try to get on his schedule at least once a quarter because he is so good.

Fantastic! Mr. Farmer has done work for me several times and always done an excellent job for a fair price. This work was done for my daughter who is very particular about how things are done. She was thrilled with the work done and was especially impressed that Mr. Farmer not only did the work perfectly but cleaned up afterwards. He is a perfectionist and takes great care to do the job right. I recommend him highly!

Mr. Farmer gave us an onset price estimate and time estimate. The quality of his work was excellent. He was polite and professional and I would not hesitate to hire him again. I especially appreciated the fact that he showed up at the time he promised and that he was very careful with everything.

Matthew has exceeded expectations on this job. Parts were about $25 more than initially quoted but that happens. We gave him a 2 week time frame to work with and he managed to get out there in the first few days and knock it out ahead of schedule. Very professional and pleasant to work with!

Matt as always did an amazing job. Very detail oriented and thorough with everything he does. I know that if I need something done right he is the person to call. I'm not at all fix-it oriented and he always gives sage advice about how to proceed when I have questions. Would highly recommend.

Just fine. The fixture is near the roof so it is up high. Matthew even went to Lowe's and purchased a new fixture + bulbs. He was here for just over an hour. Well worth the price!

Matthew does an amazing job! The fence is beautiful; I especially loved the gate design. It makes my patio look so much better! He also patched the walls (which were in bad shape after a cabinet install) and painted my master bathroom. I've hired several painting contractors in the past, but Matthew does a better job that people who do this for a living. In addition to these major projects, Matthew has done a lot of maintenance work at my house. He's always on time and does a very professional job.

Matthew contacted me the day before our scheduled appointment to confirm and give me an arrival time. He offered to pick up the door on his way to do the installation but I had already had it delivered because stock of this particular door was very limited. Matthew arrived very promptly at the appointed time and made sure that my dogs were secure before he began taking down the old door. He also asked if his playing the radio he brought with him would be a disturbance. He hung a drop cloth from the ceiling to the floor to minimize the heat and flies coming into the house while the door was down. These courtesies are typical of his professionalism and greatly appreciated. The installation of the door, trim and hardware went very smoothly and more quickly than it might have had not Matthew brought with him the needed wood trim and insulation to complete the job. He then applied a primer and three coats of paint very meticulously. We could not be more pleased with the work that was done and our experience with Matthew. He has helped us with numerous projects in the past and we always find that his work and professionalism exceed our expectations. You will not find anyone who does a better job or is a nicer person than Matthew. He has our highest recommendation.
