Description of Work: We just utilized the company to provide us with a detailed outline of landscaping desired.They were prompt,cordial and very professional. At a later date we just may hire them to provide us with some landscaping services

Description of Work: After consultation and development of a project plan we signed on to have a 30x 8 foot area next to the driveway redone along with having a gravel parking pad replace a grass strip next to the landscape area. The old area had several dense bushes that were then 25 years old, overgrown and 15 feet tall and 10+ feet wide removed along with all other plants removed, new retaining walls with flat stones laid along one side to separate the landscape area from the parking pad, and new plants planted, and gravel placed on pad and mulch in the large landscaped bed. Had to call a couple times about scheduling and getting work going, but it was finally done fairly quickly once they got around to it. Large bushes were removed, roots removed, and all smaller items removed first very professionally and all mess removed. Then the retaining wall was built and additional dirt added to reduce slope in the bed to be landscaped. The stone mason seemed very professional, but the mortor he used to hold the flat stones together has since cracked and basically the stones are loose and free to shift with minor force. The 1+ foot tall stone wall however, is still standing and holding back the landscape bedding dirt from the adjacent parking pad. This wall look very nice and complements other stone work in the yard. They installed a couple stepping stones that look fantastic and provide a very good way to move from the parking pad thru the landscape bed to the driveway and on to the home. This part of the design was their idea and has proved to be very much enjoyed! Quality of the three 1.5 x 3' x 6" thick steps is superb and look excellent! The plants agreed upon in the project plan were planted by Willow Ridge - job was very carefully, with proper methods and soil conditioners. Two smaller 1.5' gardenia plants died, were replaced under warrantee, and died again. Similarly, several boarder plants have also died after the warranty period. May have been too hot and dry for them? I'm not sure, but they may have recommended plantings that should not have been planted in this location. I have subsequently replanted with different plants that are doing well. All the other major plants and bushes are doing well and look fantastic. I added several other plants at a later date, also purchased from Willow Ridge, that are also doing well and helped balance the landscaping and provide a better visual look. Price was higher than initially planned for but the plan was excellent and I signed no. After a several years of use and adjustment of a few plants, it looks superb and was worth the price. Company likely had many big projects and my small job didn't seem to have priority until I pushed hard to get work going. I would recommend contacting them for larger projects but not consider them for a modest size project.

Description of Work: Landscape job - separately had large shrubs and small tree removed and stumps ground out. Willow Ridge built a nice wall, steps to the parking pad they put in, laid landscape timbers, and planted new plants and shrubs, and mulched. Nice look to their choices. Several plants died off during fall and over winter - all were replaced reasonably quickly.

Description of Work: They designed a plan for the front of the house, which included removing the existing plantings and sidewalk. They put in 17 new plants and completely reworked and re-routed the sidewalk. It's been two weeks since the work was done and the plants look very healthy. A 100% improvement.
