Couldn't have asked for a better tech. Had a such a great experience that when a separate issue arose I called them back. Jesse was the 2nd tech. That man is very thorough and determined. He pinned down the root of the problem, explaining every step of the process. No one is happy spending a lot of money on plumbing but he saw to it that I got the best price, there was financing available so that was very helpful. And he stayed until the job was finished. A total of 6 hours, long into the night after sun had set still toiling away in the backyard so I wouldn't be stuck with no toilet. What a class act. Even put booties on his feet to protect my carpet. Truly above and beyond service.
