+ -1 moreOwnwer stated, twice, that he would come by to talk about begining work; yet, he as failed to do so. Each call and an email sent are followed with an excuse as to why he did not come, and another promise is made, and then broken.
Description of Work: Maintenace of lawns for our homeowner's association. Owner gave an estimate, and stated he wanted the contract to maintain the grounds.
