+ -1 moreThere was a long delay in getting the part to fix my computer, in part because no followup with supplier was performed. My power problem was fixed but the result was only partially satisfactory because the USB ports on one side of the computer now no longer work. I think he would have fixed the USB problem for free if asked but I was not willing to have another prolonged absence of the computer. Service is friendly and I've used him successfully in the past with no problems. Not such a good result this time, but I may give him more business in the future because there is little local competition.
Description of Work: Replace power connector that was preventing my computer from charging.

Description of Work: Detected and replaced bad power supply. Performed checks on disks and determined main system disk was also bad.

+ -1 moreThey did a very good job. They had to put a temporary system to keep the viruses out for a month and get back and buy known security system. They deleted a bunch of stuff on that. I am not a computer savvy person and I just had them delete a bunch of stuff and they did a very good job. The price was good. I was prepared to buy a computer and paying $153 was much better than spending $1150. Their quality of service was very good. They responded within 24 hours. They were very punctual and very professional.
Description of Work: I used the services of Koda Systems last week. I got my computer repaired as my computer shut down and had virus as well.
