 + -1 moreJohn was always responsive and ready to answer my questions prior to the job starting. And, he had good thoughts and insights about avoiding potential problems that could arise. He and his workers did a very good and diligent job in all aspects of the digging and backfilling. Thank you, John, for all of your good work on our project.
Description of Work: Dug a trench and backfilled for a waterline installation.

 + -1 moreIt didn't go at all. John Wheeler hasn't shown up or called to let me know what's going on. He's pathetic.
Description of Work: John Wheeler came to my property about July 20 and provided me with an estimate of $800 to do some site preparation/grading. He said he would be back in four to five weeks to do the job. It's been four months and he still hasn't fulfilled his commitment -- despite the fact I've called him several times and he said he'd get to this job by Halloween. Well, that didn't happen, and he hasn't bothered to even call. He said his wife has had some health issues, but he could at least call. He's an absolute joke. I'm sure there are many better -- and reliable -- options in Oak Ridge and Knoxville.
