Description of Work: I asked James for an estimate to pressure wash my home and deck. It is a two story home all vinyl siding and an average size deck. He came out the same day to view the house and then sent the estimate via email a few days later. At that point I agreed for him to do the work. He indicated he was busy and he could peform the work the week of 4/18. I asked him to contact me to schedule the time and date once he was available. I was out of town the week of 4/11 but James stopped by my house on 4/11 and performed the work. I was not home, thus I did not have the opportunity to review the work. James did not contact me prior to performing the work. While the work was satisfactory, the lack of communication was concerning, particularly doing the job without contacting me in advance.

 + -1 moreThis company charged per linear foot and the quality of work they performed was just so extremely nice. It added a new look to the areas that had cleaned. We really liked their services.
Description of Work: They cleaned the patio, driveway and sidewalk off as well as the house.
