Lots of chit chat among employees even when customers approach. Once they acknowledge my presence one of the reps says "Hello" vice "How may I help you?" I ask for a section of indoor outdoor carpet to be cut to a width of 48". When I get the carpet home it had been cut to 52". Not what I asked for. This is maddening. Home Depot exists in Oak Ridge because it has no competition.

Very nice greeting at the door, but after that the quality of service takes a dive. Most of the employees are too busy doing something else to properly assist customers. I needed some custom cuts on a piece of lumber which were all done not to my specifications. When I approached the help desk I found four (yes four) employees gathered around a computer screen discussing how many hours they expected to work in the near future. After several minutes one of them noticed me and gave me the "start talking" head nod. Very unprofessional but not unusual for this store. Products are good and with a fair price. Don't expect much from the staff.

The installer arrived to perform final measurements and installation. Very unprofessional appearance in which helper was dressed in exposing clothes and appeared out of sorts. This was over looked by us to provide Home Depot the benefit of the doubt to complete the work as committed. They stated the windows were ordered and would be installed in one week. They no showed with no contact for over three weeks. Unexpectedly our card was credited with no explanation and we never were contacted. They finally responded to our call and had not explanation other than they could no longer complete the job as contracted. This was a fixed price agreement that they breached. Very disappointing that a company of the size of Home Depot would carry out such a unprofessional action as to break a customer contract with no warning or explanation.

That was super. They had the whole house done in an hour and a half, including the basement windows.

Everything seems to be fine. They came and did it. They were very nice and polite. They were neat, professional, and everything. I didn’t have any problem with them. They cleaned up after themselves. I was pleased and happy with their work. If a friend or family member was looking to have their countertops replaced, I would recommend them. I will use them again in the future.

I basically could have sued this company because of the terrible work that they did. They misquoted me and mismeasured the pitch roof by half. They also ruined the flat section because they plowed into the roof and tried to fix it after leaving me problems to this day. They were just terrible. I would never recommend this company to anyone!
