My home was damaged by hail earlier this year and Len was very helpful throughout the entire process. He came out to do his own damage survey of my roof and recommended that I file a claim with my insurance company. When the insurance adjuster came out to do his inspection, Len was there with him to make sure that all of the damage was noted. My claim was approved and Len provided a quote for roof and gutter replacement that was competitive and fit within my claim amount. The roof replacement was completed promptly and was very well done. The gutter replacement took a few weeks longer to complete, but it was also high quality work. The only complaint I would have is that it was sometimes difficult to contact Len and he was not always quick to respond to messages. However, overall I am very satisfied with the work that was done and Len treated me fairly and honestly. I would definitely choose Len to do any other work I may need done in the future.

Terrible

Home was substantially over budget and overdue with no explanation from builder. Builder changed many important structural details from blueprints without change orders. Changes that were made created a failure of the framing system, as well as moisture infiltration in crawlspace, and numerous negligently installed items not to code and voiding manufacturers warranty. Builder did not honor warranty and walked off job necessitating a law suit.
