+ -1 moreI was referred to Bucks by my neighbors. They had a good experience with them and felt the price was fair. I called Bucks at Noon on a weekday. At 5pm I could no longer wait to hear from them. It was 93 degrees in my house and climbing. At 9am the next day they called and asked if I needed A/C service. I understand that they may not have a service person that can immediately drop everything and run out to my house, but at least call back within a reasonable amount of time and tell me what kind of time I can expect.

+ -1 moreThe price was probably fair because he had to hunt for the issue. I wasn?t sure that he found the issue as quickly as he could have. He was prompt and worked on the problem until he solved it.
Description of Work: Bucks Heating & Air Conditioning replaced a part on my heat pump about a year and a half ago.

+ -1 moreI called this company after reading the review as well as recommendations from my church trustee. This service call was better than I expected. On time, professionalism, and a great deal. I really recommend this company and would use them again without hesitation
Description of Work: I received excellent service and the service man actually showed me things that I didn't know relative to simple maintenance, the use and replacement of filters, and which ones to get in the future. I learned areas in the outside unit that I should wash down once in a while..THis company has folks with honesty, dedication, and a passion for excellence.

+ -1 moreThis guy runs a good local company, and I got a real discount because he let me buy the part and he installed it real cheap for me because I have done regular business with him here. He did a great job. He was completely fair, trustworthy and also very dependable.
Description of Work: They replaced the cooling fan on the air conditioning unit.
