"I initially selected West Shore Home to do my window replacement principally because their salesman so much less pushy than the others that I requested estimates from. I am allergic to a hard sell! But their excellent service continued throughout the project. I needed a total of more than 20 windows replaced in a 70-year old home. Quite a job! They scheduled the installation well in advance so that I could plan my schedule. They came exactly on time on the appointed day. Everyone on the crew was cheerful, courteous, and knowledgeable. When it turned out that some of the materials sent from the factory had minor defects, they not only offered to replace all the defective panes but even showed me a couple of defects that I had not noticed. And they returned not once but twice to be sure that everything was perfect before they called the job complete."

"I hired them to build a custom swing for my daughter. This was the second time we had tried to get a swing built. The first person I hired did a horrible job (they were not related in anyway to Lonely Mountain Craftsmen). Dylan listened to what we were looking for and addressed concerns that came up with the other person. He was very thorough and built a swing that was up to standards needed for a public swing. He was very aware of what we had experienced before and did his best to alleviate our concerns. Our daughter loves her swing and we believe it will last a really long time.
