Description of Work: Built dry stack walls around 4 large tree beds. I takes a while to get work done because they are good and have a backlog. Work and professionalism of crews are great.

He arrived at our home, and instead of offering suggestions as to how to landscape, he simply asked me what plants i wanted to use and where...this may be fine with some people, but i wanted a professional's opinion of what i was going to use in backyard area. He told me i would have quote within 24 hrs...still waiting...17 days later....

I hate that you had a bad experience with our company. When I came to the appointment I was inquiring about what type of plants you liked to determine your style. Based on my experience, I try to determine what the customer likes to help formulate a landscape plan. During our meeting I saw another contractor that I do business with working at your residence. After I left our meeting I called him to catch up and he volunteered information that you were difficult to work with and wanted things added in to his original estimate for free. At that point I decided not to pursue your job any further. I'm sorry it didn't work out and I hope you got your landscape job worked out. I don't think we deserved an F for choosing not to do business with you, but that is something that we will have to live with. Sorry again, Craig

The whole experience from the appointment made for a quote to the day the patio was installed went very smoothly.
Description of Work: I had a 18' x 9' patio, with Cumberland cobble paver installed. This was a paver with three sizes, made a very nice design. A laser level was used while installing the patio. Was told they would be there at 7 a.m. and were very prompt and worked until 4:45 p.m. to finish the job. I feel they did a wonderful job on the patio and would recommend them.
