Smucker Farms

Description of Work: We purchased a 10 x 20 ft shed from this provider to provide space for landscaping, gardening and koi pond supplies and tools. We were looking for something very well made and wanted extensive customization in terms of windows, hardware and shelving. We shopped around in Nashville and the surrounding area and found that most pre-made sheds were of poor quality and would detract from our home rather than add to it. Customization options were very limited. We happened to drive by Smucker Farms and the buildings looked great from the road. We stopped and could not believe the quality of the craftsmanship. The couple who owns the business was completely open to creating exactly what we needed. We ended up with a classic A-Frame shed with six-foot double doors on both ends, two lofts, wrap-around shelving a dividing wall to seperate the space into storage and gardening areas. We added windows to give the space more natural light and to created a space on one end for growing seedlings in early Spring. To keep things cool in the Summer, we added gable vents and a ridge vent. The transom windows on the ends match the architecture on the house so it looks at home on our property. We topped it all off with upgraded hardware. It looks fantastic!
