+ -1 moreAfter being told by others that the unit needed to be replaced Skillcraft was able to fix it. They came when they said they would and they fixed the unit in about 30 minutes. I have already referred them to new business.

+ -1 moreThey did a wonderful job, it was great. They do work for us all the time. They are a small company, if I have an emergency, they come very quickly, and don't keep me hanging. The owner himself has called me on occasions to share information with me. They are just great. They are very exact in telling me what the issue is, I can understand them, they are very clear, and they are just a good all around company. They are very dependable, and if they say they are going to be there, they are there.
Description of Work: I used SkillCraft Air. We have 3 rental properties, and they take care of the HVAC of our rental properties, and our house. They went to my sons house because he had an issue, and they found a warranty issue to repair it. They did a regular check up and repair work.

Description of Work: I have used Skillcraft on numerous occasions for both new units and repairs. Their men are professional and friendly and inspections usually pass with flying colors. They are not always the cheapest quote, but I know they will show up and I know they will do a good job. I would, and have, highly recommend.

+ -1 moreI called in the morning and the technicians came within a few hours. They were expert and courteous and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The unit took a very long time to recharge due to its age (about 25 years). Rather than push a new unit, they patiently cleaned it and said it should be good for another few years. The owner of this company, Bill Craig, fixed the AC in an apartment we were renting eleven years ago. Since then we've bought a house and have continued to use his services without bothering to get other estimates. I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: The system had no freon. They fixed the leak at the valve and recharged the system.

+ -1 moreWe have used this company for more than 15 years. He has installed three HVAC units in different properties, He has repaired/replaced ductwork. He STANDS BEHIND HIS WORK. We never get bids. We always call him and don't plan to change.
Description of Work: He "nursed" our old A/C until we were ready to replace it even to the point of teaching us how do a temporary fix on the old unit so we didn't have to call him & pay him to do it.
