Bryan was very quick to respond to my service request. He sent a technician who was in my area to my house within 30 minutes of completion of our call. He then sent a text with a picture and bio of the technician. ( Nice touch!). The technicianâ s name was Rio. He was very friendly and seemed to know exactly what to do! He repaired my door quickly and the price was very reasonable compared to similar repairs I have had done by other companies in the past. I have two garages. If I ever need repairs again, Iâ ll be calling ProLift
