PRO-LINE FENCE, CO.

I guess I should start from the beginning. We finished building a house in April and I had my husband reach out to get an estimate on a privacy fence.. We had a few different places we were hoping to receive estimates from before making a final decision. Due to a side yard drainage issue, we had to postpone getting our fence until a French drain could be installed. Finally the French drain was installed and we were ready to look at our estimates again. My husband mistakenly asked for two access gates on the privacy fence and wasn't sure if he had them mark it all correct so I decided to call Pro-Line Fence Co. and ask them to come redo the estimate to be sure it was correct. The original estimate was around $3100 and he spoke with Mark the manager supposedly. They said they would send someone out to redo the estimate and the process seemed pretty professional so far. A woman named Edie called me only about 2hrs-30 mins before our appointment (I cannot remember exactly but it definitely wasn't the morning of if day before) to tell me she could not make it to do the estimate and she would call back in "just a bit" to reschedule. She never called back. I then called the main line and asked why I had not received a call back to get our estimate done, they took a message basically. I waited and finally heard back from Edie and she was able to show up and measure the fence line so things were looking up. We received the estimate of around $3300 and I was a little shocked it was more since we took off one of the gates from the original estimate. I marked it off as just an increase in lumbar prices due to Covid and asked her how to get on the schedule and if there were also any military discounts offered. Edie never responded to these messages via email until I finally called her. She then went on to tell me that they did have a military discount but she couldn't offer it to me because our "price of $500 was already so low". I was confused as to what $500 she was talking about and then realized that she thought she was talking to someone else. When she realized she was not talking to the person she thought, she then said she could do a military discount but that she needed to check something with Mark and would call me back. Yet again, she never called back. I called her and asked her what she found out and she wasn't sure again what I was talking about... she then lost phone service I guess because the phone hung up. I had already had another company come do an estimate as well and realized that Edie left off more than 10ft of the fence line measurement. So we were going to need someone from Pro-Line to come measure AGAIN to get a correct estimate. The next time I called the main line I asked to speak to Mark myself and wanted someone other than Edie to come do our estimate since she had been so hard to work with. They basically took a message and apologized but I never heard back. I have called about 4-5 times since then only being able to get in contact with a female who kindly takes a message and then nobody ever calls me. At this point, I want answers. I am frustrated, I feel disrespected, and I feel pretty livid about the way things are being handled when we explained how desperately we wanted this fence up for our son and our new puppy that will be arriving in September. We even told them we had cash in hand and were ready to sign a contract after the second estimate of $3300. It really feels like pulling teeth to get them to cooperate and to be completely honest it's brought me to tears twice now I've been so frustrated. I just don't understand how you can run a business like this and get away with it!

They did an excellent job removing the old sections of post and concrete that would have been a real pain for us to get out. They fixed ups few slats that were damaged when it fell; and it is better than new. Mark told us that their supplier had received a bad shipment back when they were building our fence. Based upon this and the short time that had passed, they did all that work for no charge. Thanks to Mark and Pro-Line for standing up for their work and making the best of a bad situation for us.

He said he would come out Tuesday or Wednesday. It is Friday no call no show.

I've used several gate companies for the past three years, due to a bad original gate design / installation. Alan at Pro-Line came to me through a referral, and after a call on a Wednesday he arrived on a Friday to provide me with an estimate. What ended up happening was that he fixed my gate all at the same time. I am very impressed with the level of professionalism and will definitely be using Pro-Line in the future.

Mark was very friendly and professional, providing us with a quick rough estimate of costs for both types of fencing. Our official quote was emailed to me quickly (either that night or early following AM); the estimate was detailed and professionally prepared. There was a significant difference in cost between vinyl and aluminum (difference was expected) and between total "feet" estimates (had 2 separate measurments done). Although we hired another company, I would recommend Mark and Pro-line for services based on this encounter.

I put the order in two months ago, paid about a month ago, and have called back to check with them as I wanted it done by November 1. A week ago, they said they would call me but never did. Then on the 7th, they showed up and tore the old fence down. I was kind of upset because I didn't have any notice and I was going to work a 36 hour shift. Then when I came home from my work shift, the fence that was installed was made of rough, green/wet wood and has knot holes in it. Some of the boards have purple stains on it, too. I also asked them to put in a chain link fence from the corner of the house and stop at the wood fence, and asked them to put it straight across, but they put it at an angle as they built the wood fence too far up. The fence is sound but I don't feel that I got what I paid for.

Outstanding work on our fence, gate operator and brick columns......you will not find anyone better!

I'm glad to have this opportunity to review ProLine Fence. I should have been more timely. All I can say is I am extremely pleased with the fence the company installed. It was a pleasure doing business with this company and I can recommend it without qualification.

Called this provider on the 8th of July and left a message because they we out on vacation from what the message stated. Called again on the 17th and still got answering machine and never did get a call back.

They did a good job. We've had some problems with the automatic gate closer, but they have responded promptly and repaired the problem.

The owner of Pro-Line Fence is very experienced. He likes to go out and talk to people. He wasn't pushy at all and he seemed to be the most reasonable and had the most reputation.

It didn't go well since I never received a return phone call for a quote.

They were everything we expected and reasonable in price

I did not use Proline because I was on a very tight budget. They are not the least expensive, but he was helpful and was going to give a discount for being on Angie's list. VERY PROFESSIONAL and would consider using them for future projects.

We had our fence blown down in the back portion due to weather, we found Mark at Pro Fence on Angie's List and had good ratings. Gave him a call and was able to come the next day to give us a quote but due to my husbands schedule we were not able to do it till the following week. Mark came out inspected our damaged area and gave us a very accurate quote. His company was out the following week to complete the fence and did a fantastic job!!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Mark was professional and very honest and nice, which is greatly appreciated when you are a younger couple newer to the area. We want to thank Pro Fence for helping to make this process as smooth as possible!!

Mark Roop and his fence crew did an outstanding job and exceeded my expectations! Mr. Sanchez, who supervised the construction of my fence was very responsive and professional regarding any questions or concerns that I had during the construction and handled all my inquires to my satisfaction. They are punctual, always on time, work extremely hard, keep the job site clean & picked up, and are respectful of the neighbors property as they built my fence. While the cost may be higher than some fence companies, the peace of mind and the overall quality of the workmanship is well worth the extra cost in my opinion. The proposed fence quote I was provided by Mark Roop was exactly what I ended up paying and there were no surprise cost over runs. I would recommend this company to my friends and family as Mark Roop and the Pro-Line fence crew was a pleasure to do business with as they employ quality individuals. Based on my experience, I will continue to use this company for my future fencing needs!

I sought several quotes on aluminum fencing and contacted this company because of their reviews in Angie's List. They lived-up to all of the accolades they had received. Other than an initial problem in getting a prompt callback, they were extremely professional all the way through the process. The quality of the product is excellent as was their workmanship and cleanliness on the job site. I highly recommend them.

Mark was very professional. He came to give us an estimate as scheduled and quoted a price the same day. When we called to schedule the work, he was accommodating of our scheduling conflicts. When work was delayed due to weather, he quickly called or emailed to update us. While planning the project, we made changes regarding fence design, and he came out to adjust the estimate appropriately before proceeding. The team showed up early the morning of the job, and worked diligently until dark. They cleaned the yard and other than our new fence, left no trace of there presence. The invoice exactly matched the quoted price. Overall a great experience. We have already recommended Pro-Line to friends and coworkers.

This was the second house we had Mark come and give us an estimate on - since our first offer fell through. He was prompt and prepared. He gave us a quote on the spot that was good for 30 days. The house we ended up purchasing - he came out in the rain to give us an estimate. Anything we asked of him, he provided. He was prompt to return our calls and emails in a professional manner. The day of installation - his employees were there at 7am and the job was done when I ran by the house at 2pm. The fence looks great and we could not be happier!!!

Mark Roop from Pro-Line Fence came out and gave me an estimate of the cost to replace a cedar fence post and repair some other damage to the fence. His quote was consistent with other quotes that I received. I chose Mark because he was professional, came on time for the quote and because of consistently good feedback on Angies List. He told me he would email me to let me know the date and time the crew would come to my house - which he did. The crew showed up exactly on time, were respectful of my property and did the agreed upon work perfectly. They cleaned up before they left and I am pleased with the work. More contractors should be like this.

All went well. Insurance claim approved Pro-Line's quote for the repair and they completed the job soon after they received the matching fence components.

They did a great job. His employees worked very hard on a hot day. They cleaned up after themselves and they were very polite. It was a good quality work and I was very happy with it. His marketing was nice and he came up with good ideas.

Mark came out for an estimate on March 25th, and work began April 1st. Completed the work in one day! If you need a high-quality fence quickly, this is a good company to use.
