We are are thankful that Gary from Pillar to Post worked with us. Quite literally everything in the process from pillar to post exceeded our expectations. Communication, punctuality, and a thorough explanation were always received. Gary assisted us with our pre-drywall walkthrough (initial inspection,) our final inspection, and radon testing. The initial and final inspections were very thorough including detailed explanations, a large assortment of images, general recommendations, and any issues that were identified. Gary was quite specific in identifying issues that we did not notice with the naked eye, so we appreciated that specific attention to detail that is needed in a new home build scenario. Gary also performed a radon test that helped identify a high radon level in our home, so a word to the wise - If you are a building a new home, DO NOT assume radon levels will be low with brand new construction. Get tested and call Gary and his team to have it done!

Went very well. Did a thorough job and presented us with great binder with color photos of the results of inspection. Very organized, courteous and professional. Very helpful and knowledgeable when answering our questions. Would highly recommend!
