Never received a call back.

I contacted them in early April to schedule service to turn on the irrigation service since we had received notification that backflow inspections would begin May 1. When they hadn't been out to do the work or called to schedule a firm appointment by approximately April 25, I called them and was assured that they would be at the home no later than Tuesday, April 30. They did not show up. I then learned that the manager I worked with, Chris, had left the company weeks earlier. Without him, they are unreliable and the experience was frustrating. It was also frustrating since they showed up and began mowing the lawn this spring even though we had cancelled lawn service in the fall of 2012. I did have extra lawn work for them to quote on (which they did) and consider, but after this situation, I wouldn't use them again.

Nature's Best went above and beyond for the job. First, Nancy created a landscaping plan for my front & back yard. She walked me through their garden & showed me every plant that she picked for the plan and why. She listened to my needs & totally delivered on a great plan. It was not something I could do all at once, so Nancy worked with me to price out a portion of the project. They told me a week in advance when they would come out to do the work. They showed up on time and completed it within the day. Russ, the head landscaper walked me through everything when they were complete. He answered all my questions regarding the care of each plant. I know absolutely nothing about landscaping so I've had to call them back with questions about the plants. Both Russ and Nancy have been very patient and have always been willing to provide the information I need. They also mailed me information on the care of the plants throughout their life cycle. I will definitely be using them to finish the rest of the plan when I am ready.
