Immediately received an automated email promising a call within one business day. I waited from Wednesday until Sunday evening before sending a follow up email. Late Sunday I got a reply indicating I would be called personally by the owner on Monday morning, it has been one week and still no call. I have since located another provider that was responsive, he came out the next day and priced the job. Guess who is getting my business.

They were not the most inexpensive bidder but Jeff was very professional and had good ideas.They came out and finished the job in one day.He was very responsive when I wanted some adjustments made and promptly did those.

Very knowledgable and professional. Installers came dressed in Kakis and a uniform. Impressive. Everyone did a great job owners through installers.

They came out right away, we found the problem right away. I would rate them very highly. They charged $1500 for lighting the outside of my house, it was lighting attached to the brick of my home.

I can't recommend Jeff enough. His estimate was nearly identical to another similar business, but I ultimately decided to work with him because he is passionate about what he does, and has an eye for detail. So glad we did, the lighting looks terrific, and we are very pleased. We will likely use him for the back of the house later this year.

Lighthouse met our goals completely of an improved look thru tasteful lighting. Their concept highlighted our neighborhood entrance in ways we had not imaged and made it much more warm and welcoming. We couldn't be more pleased. Jeff and team delivered the project on time, professionally, and stayed within the project estimate as planned. Their products are high quality and the 5 year light warranty was a nice benefit received. And they improved the look of our existing electrical setup. We started with a developer's old incandescent spot legacy system, which highlighted just the neighborhood name on the entrance wall like so many minimally do. By following Jeff's recommendation, we now have a better lit main entrance and two secondary stone walls as well. He suggested lighting the these outer walls to create more width and especially to offset the large dark area beyond the entrance until the first houses were reached. It's unbelievable what a difference it has made and the compliments we have received about its improvement. Before there were just light on some letters. Now you're eyes are drawn to each wall's texture where you can pick out each ones unique character. By lighting the additional walls, a better sense of safety has been achieved when walking at night too. Another enhancement was Jeff's idea to call attention to each wall's column and make them more prominent. To do so, he used hidden ground level spots to accentuate them by going up the entire column. Wow! This is the first thing everyone notices and mentions. They say "how great the columns look" and that "they didn't even know they were there before." It is amazing how little changes can make such a huge impact. This is just small example of how we saw how well Jeff understands outdoor lighting and does it thru the right balance of lights. As mentioned, we were and are very, very pleased with the project's outcome, cost, and timely completion. Definitely, we will use Jeff and his company again. Jeff is an intimately involved, hard working owner who is trustworthy and really enjoys his work. It is our sincere pleasure to recommend him for your project. Jeff Reardon is the best ot what he does. His partner is equally as qualified. Great work ethic, punctual, fair prices.......and our house looks awesome. He will give you all the time you need to answer all your questions and concerns. And you never feel as if you aer putting him out. Just awesome the way he works you get the feeling he is working on his own house!!!

Everything went great!

I called Lighthouse Outdoor Living after talking with other landscape companies. I found Lighthouse to be the most informed, competitive priced and easy talk with when designing a plan. They gave alternative suggestions ranging in prices and were not pushing any design above another, just wanting to please the homeowner. I found them to be honest, and hard working, fitting me in at their earliest time. After discussing the plans, Colby came out and provided me with a demonstration that gave me and idea of what the lights would look like. Other Nashville companies had quoted me nearly double the price for almost the same hardware. I received a great product and service for a great price. The experience with this company was wonderful. Would recommend them to anyone needing this service.
