Ali and his crew have finished a basement for us and have done a quality job for a reasonable price. Ali was so responsive to any request and acts in due time. His employees pay attention to details, leave area clean after each work and were well behaved. We are very satisfied with KM Home Improvement and will be glad to hire them again for any future project.

We have done three projects with Ali so far over the past few years - major addition of a sunroom/patio, minor remodel of master bath, major remodel of master bath and bedroom to make it senior friendly. He and his team have done an exceptional job on all the projects. Ali patiently worked with us as we went through several iterations of planning to make sure we were satisfied with the design. There was no compromise on quality and their attention to detail is amazing. The projects were on time, on budget, communications was great and we really enjoyed the professional and friendly experience from beginning to end. Renovation after renovation we found ourselves regretting our choice in contractor selection, until we found KM. They were quick to respond to the initial inquiry, and actually bid the job and followed up in a timely manner (which is very rare these days!) They committed to renovating a bathroom for us within 3 weeks, I was skeptical that it could be done in the timeframe they proposed. But, they stayed on track, remained organized and professional, met us at the tile store to help with selections and finished on time with no delays or surprises! A refreshing home improvement experience and we will certainly hire them again in the future.

Had hired last year to tile patio and it was an excellent experience. Recently hired to paint entire home interior and they did such great work, I enlisted their services to remove and replace back interior and storm doors, front entrance storm door and paint interior door, renovate a small island between kitchen and den for access on both sides and install large concrete pavers from patio to back gate to make walking safer and easier in the river rock area there. I cannot say enough great things about their superior work, great attitude and professional manner. They worked for over a week and never left one speck of dust as they left each day. I would highly recommend them to anyone to get any job done. They are A1+.

I hired KM home Improvement company for a kitchen remodel and had an excellent experience. The planning was easy and efficient, without neglecting any details, and the cost was very reasonable. During the remodel we encountered a number of issues that could not have been predicted, such as rot in a wall, 2 inches of concrete under the floor tiles, a leaky roof and an entire week of ice and snow that paralyzed the entire neighborhood and made it impossible to come up to the house. AliReza, the owner, not only took on these extra projects, but he managed to keep surprisingly close to the intended timeline as well as to the projected costs. We ended up with a beautiful kitchen and a house in healthier condition. Working with AliReza is like working with a partner who listens, advises, and makes it all happen. His concern was for us to live in a place we wanted to live in. AliReza started the project the day he had promised to start, his people showed up every day at the same time (except for the week no one could come up the hill), and we talked on an almost daily basis. We have a couple of other projects we will have to take care of in the next couple of years, and we already hired KM Home Improvement for an upcoming one. I have never had such a positive experience with a home improvement project, and I have seen the stress of kitchen renovations in my friends. I, on the other hand, annoy my friends with my raving reviews about my experience with KM Home Improvements.

I had a great experience with KM Home Improvement company and very pleased with their work. Owner of the company Ali made the whole process seamless, he provided us with a reasonable estimate for the project. His vision and engineering mind really helped from the design stage, estimation to finish. His crew is fantastic, they arrived every day on time and even on Saturdays to finish the work. They are very friendly and hardworking. At the end of the day, they made sure to keep all the areas clean. The coordination is even great, the electrician, A/C and Plumber all arrived according to the project plan and timeline. I am definitely planning to use them again for my future projects.

This company is easy to work with, and understand how you live in a home. I will hire them again for the next phase of remodelling!

Having quoted with 3 companies we selected KM Home Improvement based on cost, timing & reviews. Like others' reviews we were pleasantly surprised with cost & timing! Ali & his team were prompt, professional and perfectionists. We wanted to remodel our master bathroom & put in hardwood floors in our master bedroom & closet. Master bath consisted of removing existing shower, tub, floor, vanity and install new (free standing tub, framless shower, tile floors/wall/niche, etc.) They worked with us to make sure our vision was aligned every step along the way. They offered suggestions as well. We were slightly concerned during the pandemic, but they were already wearing gloves & masks due to the construction. Each night they cleaned up the area. Every person was extremely respectful of our home, dog, space, etc. Work was done on time. It was a pleasure to work with them and would gladly recommend them and use them again!

The bathroom in our 1960s rental house had to be totally gutted down to the studs due to a water leak. I chose KM Home Improvement over three other contractors because Ali and his team thought of every detail and made excellent suggestions. After ordering all the fixtures and finishes, I had to fly home to Chicago, so for the entire length of the project, Ali and I communicated by phone. I totally trusted them with the project. They were reliable, professional, easy to communicate with, and the bathroom turned out absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend them to deliver an outstanding project. Thank you, Ali and team!

Working with KM Home Improvement was a dream come true. The owners are deeply involved in everything from design to implementation. My project included a renovation of my kitchen and bathroom on a budget and I m staring at my dream come true. The owners understand design trends in a way that makes them suitable replacements for Fixer Upper. They show up on time, are so incredibly kind and perfect when you ask for changes, and they leave you with spaces you could not live without.

Ali and his crew did a great Job for us. I had a plan and they executed it beautifully. They were there every day on time working hard, sometimes on Saturday and Sunday to finish the tiling work. Anything that was asked of them they were more than happy to make happen. Very please with the company and team - Highly Recommend!

The contractor arrived promptly on the date specified. Not only did they work diligently to fulfill our vision of the project , but were also very helpful with good design advice . We were very impressed and highly recommend their work!

The KM Team did such an outstanding job on a 5 week bathroom remodel. I compared quotes on 4 other companies and they were the least expensive and shortest turnaround. Normally, that makes me nervous, but very quickly all my concerns went away. Other companies wanted to bring in porta-toilets for workers and park a big dumpster near the house. KM did not do any of that which saved us money. Communication was excellent, they showed up mid morning but came every day. They met me at tile store and helped pick out the right materials and even splurged on some more expensive tile at no additional cost to me. They truly want to make sure the customer is happy. Schedule was met and they minimized distraction to our family. They hauled away all debris and left our home clean. We love their work and highly recommend them.

Ali and his team were very responsive, they got back with me the same day I posted the project (500 sq ft vinyl flooring installation) and were on site putting together a quote two days later. We had 3 contractors look at the project and KM had the most competitive pricing. After we gave KM the green light, they had the project completed later that week. Great service all around and the crew was very friendly.

So I decided last minute that I was ready for some bathroom renovations in our home this fall but could not find a contractor to commit to the project. K&M came the same day I posted the project in November to do measurements and provided me with a reasonable estimate within a week and were on the job within two weeks of posting on home advisor. In general, the guys were great. They showed up usually within 30 mins of the scheduled start time and took great care in making sure they didn’t ruin any of our homes wood flooring. They cleaned up nicely every day and had our bathrooms tiled, painted and put up three new shower doors over an 8 day period. At first the time estimate for the project was 5-6 days but ended up being 8 which I think likely happens with most contractor services. K&M was amenable to speeding up their pace near the end when I told them I was expecting a house full at Christmas and had it done the day before our home invasion. They were very good about getting the “noisy work” done before our daughter’s scheduled afternoon naps which was great. They weren’t loud in general and did beautiful tile work. My only criticism is that some of the paint work did have to be redone after the “rush finish” but they were more than willing to come back and fix the areas I was unhappy with. We had a giant windstorm the week after they finished and when they came to collect their debt even offered to fix one of our shutters which had been blown completely off the house for a very reasonable price. Overall these guys are highly reliable and do great work and I would hire them again!
