Set up appointment through Angi. Salesman came out on May 9. Sold me on product. Signed contract with payment to be made through Synchrony bank. Was told a team of people would be out to install. Next day the installer came (only one person) and when he finished I asked if he took photographs of his work. He said no. I proceeded to climb the ladder to try to get pictures but became scared and came back down. Installer used my phone and took pictures of the front gutter shields but not the back. Of course I did not know what I was looking at and was uncomfortable that there was no accountability for the installation. The fact they didn't document their work was concerning. Also, the installer spoke very little English so it was hard to communicate with him. The shields looked so different from what I had before that I wanted to talk to someone and since the salesman had insisted that if I had any questions I was to call one of the three telephone numbers that he had given me. I tried to call but no answer. Some days later I talked with an "operations manager" named Jen and told her I wanted to talk with some one about the way they looked but she said that was the way they were supposed to look so I let that one go. Soon after there was one hard rain but I wasn't home I noticed the beams holding the roof of the porch were damp and there was debris in the corners. The dampness didn't show on photos. We went through a dry spell. Finally rained and that's when I could see drips from the gutters. Called again. Sent videos of the drips on June 27. Eventually someone came out to check the gutter shields. He said they were fine. I Finally talked with one of the owners, Rob, on July 16 and sent him videos of the drips. He was very nice and seemed to know exactly what the problem was. I was told at that time someone would come out and fix the problem. Evidently they were not installed (sealed) correctly. I have called numerous times and texted many texts throughout this whole ordeal. I still have drips. Have not talked with Rob (owner) again. He's too busy to talk. Jen said she would get someone out to fix them but hasn't.

Tiffany was so patient explaining the process and price of the gutters. I was very impressed and went with them. The crew came the next day and put them up. No mess was left and they was very professional! The gutters look amazing!!!!

It was a great experience from start to finish! We spoke with Ms. Lawson who oversees the operations, and she informed us that they could install the gutters and guards the very next day! I'm so happy to keep my husband off of the ladder from cleaning out leaves. Thank you guys! Highly recommend!
